ZZhongshujiaoranVery pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road. Promised to write a review for the boss, I hope he can understand Chinese.

LLEONG SHENGThe hotel is near to Bern station and just take free tram or buses to explore city of Bern. We stayed 2 nights here but unfortunately 1/8 is Swiss national days, all shops are closed including supermarkets like Coop

DDaniel IvanThe rooms and facilities were immaculate and the buffet breakfast has all you could possibly want and all super fresh. The staff were super helpful and made arrangements to move a fellow roomie who wasn’t in a good mental or physical space with no hesitation. Would definitely come back here again.
Also, I realised after my stay that I was due a 15% discount because I had an EURail pass so make sure you use that if you have one and are booking

GGuest UserA good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

GGuest UserA good value hotel, 20 minutes by train from the city center. The front desk is always so cold, but fortunately, any problems are solved in a timely manner according to the process.
A one-day ticket to the city of Bern will be given to solve the transportation costs for sightseeing. The hotel is connected to the mall, so eating is not a problem at all. There is also a huge swimming pool recreation project that can be used for free.

ししん太The front desk staff were all friendly and left a good impression.
At first glance, it looked more like an ordinary private home than a hotel, but considering the location it was relatively easy to find and I didn't have to wander around looking for it.
The rooms were clean and safety was well ensured. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that the shower and toilet were shared.
I happened to be in a room next to them so it wasn't too inconvenient.
Looking out the window with a small balcony gave me a sense of calm.

Aav3anaBooking a room for 3 adults, they will provide sofabed. But for us, better the sofa bed is folded. The twin bed, become one, was enough for 3 adults, and the room was more spacious. Water dispenser is provided near lift, and ironing room in each floor. there is no refrigerator inside the room, but we can leave food in the hotel refrigerator. Near from bus stop, its easy from bern station

FFi WongThis hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you

There are too few choices for breakfast. When I went to eat at 9 o'clock, there was no toast, and there was no replenishment. Even the guests who came later did not have clean cups, and the waiter did not take any action. I feel that the service needs to be improved.
