"Very good, especially close to the bus station and train station (about 10 minutes walk), and the appearance is like being in a fairy tale, just like the real person living in the castle, it is worth mentioning that the reception and service attitude of the restaurant chef and all the service staff are worth giving full marks. I don't know why this is so low-key, definitely a hotel I would stay in when I visit Switzerland, I really recommend it"

"The scenery is shown in the picture, and the service is impeccable. I accidentally hit and hit here, and the result was satisfactory. It is worth mentioning the swimming pool, lying in the water to see the snow peaks."

"The most convenient location when getting off of the train, directly across the street from the station! The hostel is a 15 minute walk from the town main street and has a restaurant right next door, also. The hostel itself is neat, although there is no elevator it's only got 3 floors and the stairs were spacious enough so getting to the room wasn't too bad. The mixed 6bed dorm on the 3rd floor was rather small, it may be challenging to move around it should all the beds be filled and everyone would have luggage. The pillow and duvet covers were really nice, clean and felt good on the skin. The room temperature was good. Both, the towels and the room locker were extra (CHF 3 for the towel, CHF 2 for the locker). The window was overlooking the train station, so although it wasn't ”mountain view”, it was entertaining watching people get off the Bernina Express and take selfies and posing as groups before hopping back on. The bathrooms are separated for male/female and are spacious, the female portion was clean and the water was nice and hot. The common areas had seating, electric kettle, books.. but nothing much was happening there. The restaurant seemed cozy with its fireplace, it is a shame it is limited to certain hours :( and the guests are expected to leave promptly. Breakfast ends at 10am and the staff does check to make sure everyone is gone. Dinner is 6-8pm I believe, and again, after dinner the place is locked down. It would have been lovely to be able to sit by the fireplace after dinner. Breakfast was tasty and provided some hard boiled eggs, yogurts, muesli, cereal, breads, jelly, honey... Reception staff was very friendly and helpful! Overall a great stay and I would stay again."

"In the whole, great. Beautiful location and swimming pool to relax. It's also good to take a walk in nature. The only sin of the room heating (it was cold) and there was a little powder."

"A beautiful hotel with a comfortable and beautiful room. I would like to mention separately, welcome staff and delicious breakfast. As a welcome bonus cocktails and fruits. The restaurant at the hotel deserves an assessment of 5 out of 5. The set from the chef is very delicious. The city is also beautiful and only 15 minutes to St. Moritz. The location relative to transplants is excellent. A nice girl on the respiratory helped sign up for a massage at the local spa centre and helped determine the route of the journey the next day. Lake Saozeo I wouldn't have found myself."

"Throughout my whole Switzerland trip, I never expect much from staying at this hotel, I booked this hotel because all hotels at St Moritz were fully booked. To my surprise, the service given by this hotel's staffs was the best throughout my whole trip, especially the receptionist (I'm sorry I can't remember the name) but her vibe was so uplifting, happy & joyful. I totally became so happy after I checked in 😅 The interior design of the room was so unique, yet comfortable & practical. My wife really loved that extra room that isolates yourself from the rest of the room. She hid in there for quite awhile. The spa area is also very nice & comfortable. Highly recommend!"

Stayed in zermatt with matterhorn view last year,now this hotel overtakes my zermatt hotel😂 just love the cosy alpine view, best hotel to stroll..room comes with balconies with great alpine view, breakfast is good and come with best view as well..I hv no heart to leave this place, close to my heart now. Hotel provides pick up n drop off to train station🥰 love from Malaysia"
