"## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)"

The room was super clean and the music in a bathroom was nice as usual, but the most unbelievably incredible things was that I got an upgrade from the guys in the reception. "The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with complete facilities. There was parking available in front of the room. It was next to a pedestrian shopping street and very close to the river, about 250 meters away, just a few minutes' walk. There were many snacks nearby, making it very convenient to eat. The owner was warm and attentive, and the room was highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again next time we come."

"Excellent hotel, located on the main street, close to the promenade, shopping street, and Huafu. The double room was spacious, with a small sofa, kettle, mugs, hairdryer, slippers, dental kit, and snow-white linens and towels. We stayed for three nights, and on the second day, the towels were changed, new amenity sets were provided, and the room was cleaned. It was quiet, and the room didn't smell of smoke. Breakfast was average: rice, vegetables, tofu, sweet and sour pork, pastries, tea, and coffee – not bad, and clean. The reception staff and restaurant staff were polite. Everything was great!"

"Rtel was very enjoyable, convenient location near the shopping mall, pedestrian street and embankment. The room is two-room, convenient for a family with children. But in the summer in a room without window and air conditioning will be hot... we had to open the entrance door to air the room. In the bathroom and near the shelves there are not enough hooks for the towel."

"This is a very cozy hotel. I stayed during the off-season, and there were plenty of available rooms. It was very clean, including the staircases and hallways. The front desk service was also excellent. I borrowed the front desk computer for work and did some paperwork. I was very grateful!!! Highly recommended. One thing to note: the owner may be fond of animals. They have cats and dogs, but they don't bite. Please consider your needs accordingly."

"Good location in the middle of central street. Clean sheets, hot water, room warm. Nearby restaurants. The best of which I found was just a few doors away....a lamb hotpot. Western/Russian food was just so so I the 2 restaurants which are listed nearby. The morning market is mainly produce n household items..... Not many street food sellers."
