Scenic Hotels in Heihe

"Excellent hotel, located on the main street, close to the promenade, shopping street, and Huafu. The double room was spacious, with a small sofa, kettle, mugs, hairdryer, slippers, dental kit, and snow-white linens and towels. We stayed for three nights, and on the second day, the towels were changed, new amenity sets were provided, and the room was cleaned. It was quiet, and the room didn't smell of smoke. Breakfast was average: rice, vegetables, tofu, sweet and sour pork, pastries, tea, and coffee – not bad, and clean. The reception staff and restaurant staff were polite. Everything was great!"

"The hotel is located near the waterfront, a short taxi ride from the ferry terminal and the city's main pedestrian and shopping street. The rooms are a bit dated and weathered, but generally well-maintained. The restaurant on the 19th floor offers panoramic views of the city, and tables are located on a rotating axial structure that allows you to admire the city from all angles. Considering the price, this is a great place to stay in Heihe."

"Hygiene: The bathroom has not been cleaned Service: According to the introduction, there are parking spaces, but in fact there are only sidewalks next to the hotel, which can only accommodate about 4 cars. When our car arrived, there were still two parking spaces, but the security guard insisted that we park on the side of the road and in an unmarked area. When we asked him why, he said that this was the reason. Later, after putting our luggage away, we parked farther away within the marked area. As a result, when we returned to the hotel, cars with Beijing and Harbin license plates were allowed to park in the places that we were not allowed to park. The check-in attendant was also an older man with an indifferent attitude. The young people on the second day were better. Heihe is just a tourist hotspot, and the service needs to be improved."

"The hotel has a fantastic location, right on the banks of the Heilongjiang River, just a few hundred meters from popular morning and night markets. The hotel facilities are generally decent. In autumn and winter, the morning market starts at 6 AM, mostly selling breakfast items, but also fruits and vegetables."

"The room is clean, spacious. The Internet works, all the facilities. Booked a room with a view to the city (26 floor). Two rooms living room, kitchen, toilet and shower. The room was very warm, sleeping with open windows in the living room. The toilet was not pleasant in the scent of the sewer (most likely because they did not use water for a long time). And when the ventilation was included in the toilet, all the flavours that could be felt (and the smell of food from other rooms, etc.), but in general everything liked."

"My friend visited Heihe during the May Day holiday. Upon arrival at the hotel, we checked the reserved room first, and with the manager's help, we were upgraded to a river-view room. The room was spacious, bright, and offered a wide view. Watching the ice floes of the Heilongjiang River flow rapidly from inside, my friend was very happy, as it was his first time in Northeast China. The room was very comfortable, with clean and tidy pure white sheets; the attention to detail was excellent. The manager was very warm, helpful, and attentive, making my friend feel the warmth and sincerity of the people of Heihe! The hotel's location is convenient, close to the night market and morning market, and adjacent to the Sino-Russian Overseas Chinese Memorial Hall and the Heihe River Cruise Wharf. The hotel has a Western restaurant, serving both Chinese and Western cuisine, which my friend found excellent. Parking is also convenient, with free parking spaces in front and in the courtyard, making it easy to get around. I personally think it's extremely cost-effective. Before leaving, my friend said that looking at the river view and gazing at Russia on the opposite bank, Heihe was so peaceful and comfortable. I want to thank the hotel manager and staff again for their warm and meticulous service; the experience was top-notch. This hotel will definitely be the first choice for my relatives and friends next time."

"I have been based in Shanghai for a very long time now, only leaving during the covid years. I love 'my city', (as kitsch as this may sound), but want to explore the north of China, too. My welcome in Heihe was excellent with the driver I found to take me to the hotel doubling as a warm, humorous, and helpful guide. Price wise, it was convenient and easy to reach the hotel for a very fair fare of 100RMB,(about 20 AUD).The experience was further enhanced when I arrived and the two young women who were working at the front desk helping me change rooms to one with a view of the magnificent frozen river/border. The hotel itself is immaculate and has an 'old world charm'. Breakfast is served in splendour but you may want to ascertain which days the the buffet is available. It is wonderful to return to the hotel's warmth after a long day of photography in the snow. Highly recommended."
