"Everything was perfect till the last breakfast whereby fellow guests started smoking in the dining area even though there was a no smoking sign.
Room is new and minimalistic.
Laundry room within hotel is new and convenient.

"Obviously chose a free room upgrade, and arranged a tail room to request replacement after going to the front desk. I went to the front desk and said that the upgraded room type was charged, and the room booked at that time was with windows. I don’t know which room type has been upgraded at the beginning. The upgraded room type later is the same as the room type booked at the beginning. The previous booking was with windows.
But in addition to this, the room is still clean, the quilt is a bit stained, the sound is average, and the sound of watching TV in the next room can be heard."

"1/Convenient to drive by yourself. There are exclusive parking spaces in the underground parking lot, which is free. The hotel has 3 floors in total. The basement has direct access to the room level. But there are stairs from the basement to the hotel, not a slope. Stayed for two days. But in fact, one day is enough in Heshan. There is nothing particularly interesting to visit in Gulao Water Town.
2/There is nothing around, there is a primary school opposite. But takeout is available.
3/The room is not big but enough. The mini bar is free and also has snacks. The front desk service is also very good. The room is generally quiet, but it depends on the quality of the guests. The next day, I was woken up early in the morning by a family with two children who let their children run and make noise in the aisles.
4/The wifi speed is okay and the TV is small. TV iptv and screencasting are available. However, the screencasting tool uses Lebo, which has various jumps to guide the download. If you don’t download it, you can’t cast it. Try it twice for free, then you will be prompted to pay. I only successfully cast one day in two days. The TV signal was also messed up with the channel list and actual channels."

Cleanliness: Clean. However, being an older hotel, there are some dark, hard-to-reach areas, but this has no impact on the overall stay and is negligible.
Environment: The environment is very nice. It has a very refined and elegant feel, which I really like.
This hotel holds many memories for me personally. I used to stay at the Wen Hua Hotel often when I was a child. It's quite an old hotel, and this visit brought back many memories; it doesn't seem to have changed much. I really like the Wen Hua Hotel; the breakfast is also good. Their mooncakes are delicious too, full of memories! 👍🏻
If you don't have particularly high expectations for accommodation, you can stay here; you won't be disappointed. The front desk service is also very good.

AAnonymous UserThis is one of the few high-star hotels in Heshan, located very close to the highway, making it very convenient for driving. I originally booked a mountain view room, but upon check-in, Candy from the front desk upgraded me to a suite. The room was spacious and included complimentary breakfast for two. It was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is perfect for families, and right next door is Dayanshan Forest Park, offering beautiful air. On weekends, there's a children's outdoor pool bubble party and other family activities! If you're lucky, you can even see fireworks across the street at night. It's the perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway!
Facilities: As an established hotel, the facilities are a bit dated and not as modern as newer hotels.
Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy, and every detail was meticulously thought out!
Service: Candy, the front desk lady, was incredibly friendly and always had a warm smile. Beyond that, her professionalism and approachability were truly impressive.

First, the hotel offers free parking, which was incredibly convenient for us as we were traveling by car. No need to worry about finding a parking space or pay extra parking fees, making our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Second, the hotel rooms are very spacious. The room's openness made us feel exceptionally comfortable from the moment we entered, without any sense of confinement. We could move around freely in the room, and setting up our luggage was also very convenient. The room's decor was also very warm and inviting; every detail showed the hotel's attention to detail, making us feel right at home. Whether resting, chatting, or simply relaxing, the large room provided an excellent place for us. In short, the Baili Hotel, with its free parking and spacious, comfortable rooms, became our ideal accommodation during our trip to Heshan. If you are also planning a trip to Heshan, you should consider the Baili Hotel; I believe you will love it as much as we did.
