"We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel."

The hotel staff are all very nice and will take the initiative to provide services, but I feel that there are too few service staff and everyone is very busy. The girls at the front desk and the restaurant clearly felt that they were sweating a lot and working hard. There were many people sitting in the lobby bar, but no one was consuming and the various conditions were very similar to a vegetable market. I originally wanted to sit and drink in the lobby bar, but the situation was too scary and I didn't try it."

There is some distance from the nearest market but there are some stores (pharmacy, convenient stores) along the way.
I would definitely come back when I am around the area.

The room is bigger than expected! The bedding is soft and clean, the air conditioning is fast and quiet (there is no noise at all), the bathroom is large and clean. On the contrary, the sleeping area is quite crowded. The board on the wall is very sticky. I don't know if there were posters posted before but were not removed. Other than that, the hygiene is fine. Disposable bath mats and bath balls are provided, so you can take a bath. In the breakfast restaurant, the brown sugar has obviously deteriorated due to moisture and has been expired for several months. The watermelon is not fresh either. It disappeared after eating it in the morning. The most favorable thing is that there is a beef buffet hot pot 200 meters away from the hotel. You must not miss it. Be sure to go early to avoid queuing!

The room is quite spacious with a balcony, but the sound insulation is not very good. Maybe because of the location near the lake, there are many mosquitoes.
The scenery outside the hotel is OK, you can take a walk along the lake, and it is recommended that the hotel do maintenance on the peripheral facilities.
In addition, I don’t recommend everyone to buy breakfast. I don’t know if it’s because of the off-season. The breakfast experience is very bad, there are very few varieties, and the products are so-so. It is completely not the same level as the buffet breakfast of an economy hotel.

The hotel wanted to send us a cake, but since we brought it ourselves, the hotel sent us a fruit plate instead. Thank you very much for the hotel's attentive hospitality. Mr. Zhang and Ms. Ren at the front desk were very kind and upgraded our room. We can also watch the lights at night. Night view and musical fountain show, a very satisfying stay experience.
