"The hotel is well-located. Many restaurants in the mall to choose from. Also many shops with affordable stuff for ladies. The room is huge and clean. The service is great. The breakfast is a less varried but delicious. You can enjoy a typical cantonese breakfast (I love the chashao bun). And for those who have business to attend in Hong Kong, there’s a bus stop right at the parking entrance that will take you there, stress-free."

"Looking at the list to live, the experience is very good and not disappointed. The front desk service is warm, the check-in speed is very fast, there are free snacks and tea in the lobby to eat, I am afraid of noisy sleep, specially arranged a quiet room for me, and also sent silent earplugs. The next day, I made an appointment with a friend to drink morning tea in Fenglou. I was afraid that I could not get up in the morning. The front desk also helped me make an appointment for a wake-up service. I was very intimate. I didn’t know what to eat for dinner. The staff would also recommend delicious nearby. There is Heshan local food and attractions on the lobby screen. Don’t bother to do a strategy yourself. The size of the room is just right for a single person, cleaned clean, the room has a faint white tea fragrance, and it is also equipped with electric mosquito coils, so don't worry about mosquitoes. The window faces the community and there is no good view. There is a laundry room in the store. The clothes can be dried directly after washing. It is very convenient to use. The supermarket downstairs is also very close. It saves trouble for daily shopping. The overall stay is very comfortable. If you don't have to worry about the size of the room type, this price is quite high."

"The hotel is newly renovated and very clean, making it a worthwhile stay. Breakfast was acceptable, with options like yogurt and fragrant pears. The front desk service was excellent; staff were proactive, warm, and very attentive, ensuring a great experience. However, the towels were quite old, with some frayed edges and a stiff, rough texture, which made me reluctant to use them."

"The room's ventilation and scent were the most pleasant surprises. I had expected a closed space to feel oppressive, but upon opening the door, I was greeted by a faint, pleasant fragrance—not a strong aromatherapy scent, but more like the refreshing feeling of natural ventilation. Later, I discovered the windows could be opened, and with the fresh air system constantly running, it didn't feel stuffy even with the windows closed. The bathroom exhaust fan was particularly effective, quickly drying out moisture after a shower, keeping the entire room dry and free of dampness or musty smells. During my three-day stay, I woke up each day to exceptionally comfortable air."

"The hotel is located right at the foot of Dayan Mountain, built to a five-star standard with extensive facilities and a garden-style layout. Big thanks to the front desk staff who upgraded our room. It was huge, about 100 square meters, featuring a separate living room, bedroom, and a bathroom with a soaking tub. Plus, there were two independent balconies offering mountain views. Since we visited on a weekday, it wasn't crowded, and we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel has a swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. The gym is open 24 hours, but it was unattended. The breakfast restaurant opens out to a large outdoor park with ducks, another outdoor swimming pool, and a lotus pond. The breakfast selection was quite good, meeting our needs without having to eat out. Dining options nearby would require a ten-minute drive. While Heshan doesn't have a wide variety of food, the ingredients are notably fresh. Overall, it's a very nice hotel. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance."

"Fantastic stay! The water pressure in the room was excellent, making showers really enjoyable. It was very quiet, so I slept soundly. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, was delicious and filling, and they even had freshly ground coffee, which really brightened my morning. "Facilities: Considered good for a hotel in Heshan. It has a refrigerator, and I think there's even a safe? Cleanliness: Clean. However, being an older hotel, there are some dark, hard-to-reach areas, but this has no impact on the overall stay and is negligible. Environment: The environment is very nice. It has a very refined and elegant feel, which I really like. This hotel holds many memories for me personally. I used to stay at the Wen Hua Hotel often when I was a child. It's quite an old hotel, and this visit brought back many memories; it doesn't seem to have changed much. I really like the Wen Hua Hotel; the breakfast is also good. Their mooncakes are delicious too, full of memories! 👍🏻 If you don't have particularly high expectations for accommodation, you can stay here; you won't be disappointed. The front desk service is also very good."
