"True to its reputation as a conference hotel, the property is grand and impressive. The room amenities are thoughtfully designed, and the staff training is exceptional. Special mention goes to Julia Xu, our concierge, who contacted me days in advance. She was incredibly attentive and thorough in understanding our needs, and her responses were remarkably prompt – it felt like she always had her phone in hand! Polite and patient, she made the first stop of our Hainan trip a delightful experience. It’s a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff; I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"So far on my trip to Hainan, I've stayed in four different hotels, ranging from budget-friendly to luxury five-star. My stay at Atour has been the most satisfying. Atour just opened less than two months ago, so everything is brand new, yet there's no hint of a renovation smell. The room's amenities and facilities are incredibly convenient and user-friendly, and the service attitude is wonderfully comforting and satisfying. It really feels like Atour's management genuinely understands customer needs and strives to provide service that meets, or even exceeds, expectations. If I had to suggest an improvement, I'd recommend upgrading the toilet seats from the current semi-automatic heating and flushing models to fully automatic smart toilet seats that offer washing and cleaning functions. Quality brands like Panasonic offer these for under a thousand yuan. Smart toilet seats are quite common in many Chinese households now and are a significant consideration for many guests when traveling. Replacing them with fully smart models would be a major upgrade and a key factor for many potential guests."

"Great location with walking distance to streets with famous Hainan Grain (Za Liang) desserts and shops, good services and very clean and comfy rooms. Room comes with books about Qiong Hai, and also tea set if you would like to brew your own Chinese Tea. It has great selection of breakfast buffet. The milk tea is silky and delicious. Shared laundry and you can request for help from staff to help out if they are available. I wished this hotel comes with own laundry so I don't need to wait in line. Highly recommended to families."

"My stay here was absolutely perfect, truly the pinnacle of five-star service in Qionghai! The room design was super stylish, minimalistic yet sophisticated, with great attention to detail. They even provided bathrobes that felt incredibly soft and luxurious, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. There was a slight hiccup during check-in – I couldn't find my booking initially. It turned out I had accidentally booked the wrong date. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were exceptionally patient and helpful. They handled everything smoothly and even proactively offered complimentary coconuts as a welcome gift. It was refreshing and such a thoughtful gesture, instantly making a great impression. The breakfast the next day also exceeded expectations. The variety was extensive, and the quality was excellent, definitely not an afterthought. Even though it was busy during peak hours, the dining area was well-organized, and the service was efficient and orderly. My impression of the place just went through the roof. I particularly want to praise the coffee machine! The coffee was rich and creamy, with thick, delicate foam. It was so good I ended up having three cups – so satisfying! My only minor suggestion would be for the restaurant staff to circulate more frequently to clear empty plates and clutter from guests' tables. Sometimes, plates piled up, making it a bit awkward to place things. If they could optimize this aspect, the experience would truly be flawless. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend this place!"

"Facilities: Well-equipped and new. They even use quality branded toiletries, which is a nice touch. Hygiene: The room was cleaned spotlessly every day, which I really appreciated. Very comfortable stay. Environment: The location is fantastic, with the beach right outside. I'd recommend getting a sea-view room; the ocean in front of the hotel is stunning on a clear day. Service: The front desk and concierge staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any issues."

"Facilities: Fully equipped. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Beautiful surroundings, right opposite the popular Red Rock Beach scenic spot. It's a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, which is also very clean and uncrowded. The hotel upgraded us to a full sea-view room for free, and we could even watch the sunrise in the morning. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance. It's also not far from Bo'ao Town and Tanmen Town. Best of all, it's close to the South China Sea Museum, which is definitely worth a visit. Service: The front desk staff and other service attendants were all very friendly and helpful."

"房間格局是個平房院子，無論房間還是院子都很寬敞。雖然到各個房間都要路過院子，但每間房的空調都很好，衹是推拉沉重的房門有些費力。從另一方面看用料還是蠻實在的。民宿不提供餐食，晚餐自然是去譚門海鮮市場大快朵頤。早餐不願意出門的話可以前一天帶回來一些食材自行解決。服務比較樸實，沒有過多的寒暄。"

"Staying at the Citadines Boao was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. The hotel offers great views and a quiet, comfortable environment. "Alice at the front desk was incredibly warm and efficient. The hotel was very clean, breakfast offered a great variety, and the facilities were excellent. On the day of my check-in, I received a complimentary upgrade to a larger bed. They also have a laundry room. The room layout was well-thought-out, and the bedding was spotless. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay."

"We had the most pleasant surprise when staying in this hotel. The facilities are superb, with a 小爱同学 (something similar to Hey Siri) in every room, responding so quickly to our every spoken query. The rooms were spacious and so clean. Cute tea set with tea in the room for our enjoyment. I loved it so much. 100/100 recommend and will definitely stay here again if I were to come to QiongHai once more. Such a good value for the price. "
