"As a local, this was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was truly impressed! It's newly renovated, and the rooms are incredibly clean and tidy. The decor is stylish and sophisticated, easily outshining other hotels in the city. I bought a 38 RMB breakfast deal, and it was fantastic – so many local specialties, and even fresh squeezed juice, which you rarely see. The coffee was absolutely delicious, a real highlight! The service staff were very friendly, and the aunties in the lobby were also very polite. If you're coming to Qionghai and want a great place to stay, don't hesitate – it's really worth it!"

"True to its reputation as a conference hotel, the property is grand and impressive. The room amenities are thoughtfully designed, and the staff training is exceptional. Special mention goes to Julia Xu, our concierge, who contacted me days in advance. She was incredibly attentive and thorough in understanding our needs, and her responses were remarkably prompt – it felt like she always had her phone in hand! "So far on my trip to Hainan, I've stayed in four different hotels, ranging from budget-friendly to luxury five-star. My stay at Atour has been the most satisfying. Atour just opened less than two months ago, so everything is brand new, yet there's no hint of a renovation smell. The room's amenities and facilities are incredibly convenient and user-friendly, and the service attitude is wonderfully comforting and satisfying. It really feels like Atour's management genuinely understands customer needs and strives to provide service that meets, or even exceeds, expectations. If I had to suggest an improvement, I'd recommend upgrading the toilet seats from the current semi-automatic heating and flushing models to fully automatic smart toilet seats that offer washing and cleaning functions. Quality brands like Panasonic offer these for under a thousand yuan. Smart toilet seats are quite common in many Chinese households now and are a significant consideration for many guests when traveling. Replacing them with fully smart models would be a major upgrade and a key factor for many potential guests."

"Located in the heart of Qionghai, the front desk service was pretty good. When traveling in Hainan, you shouldn't expect too much from the service overall, except for a very few high-end hotels. For a hotel of this caliber and value for money, I was quite satisfied with this level of service. The value for money is definitely good."

"This hotel doesn't offer butler service, and the breakfast was unappetizing; I ended up filling up on noodles. However, the lunch restaurant had good food. During the Chinese New Year, it was very crowded. When I arrived in the afternoon, the hot spring pools looked a bit dirty, and I'm not sure if they clean them daily. The next day, I just swam in the heated pool, which was quite comfortable. I wish the suite didn't have bunk beds; it's inconvenient with elderly guests and children, and there was only one large bed. This hotel is really just a stopover, not worth making a special trip for. On the plus side, prices here are very cheap. If you don't mind not having a sea view, it could be a decent place for a vacation, especially considering the great value during Chinese New Year."

"I was here for a business trip. Before checking in, the front desk lady helped us choose a room. We picked Building 1 over Building 3 because the restaurant is in Building 1, which was more convenient, and the view was great! The hotel is also very accessible for getting around. The breakfast had a good variety, and the pho was delicious! All the hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Lastly, a special thanks to Yingying and Xiao Wang for their prompt replies! They helped us with an early check-in and late check-out. I'll definitely choose Citadines again next time!"

"A splendid hotel with great hospitality from receptionist who reserved us executive floor and complementary breakfast to kid. Like 👍🏻 A great fun of water games facilities just next to the swimming pools. We had a good time. 👍🏻 Wonderful view at executive floor especially the view of sun rise from the top. Chilled wind breeze filled the hotel which gives us a feel of truly holidays."

"I was in Qionghai on business this time and stumbled upon this newly opened hotel. It's right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. Check-in was super easy; they support digital ID cards, and the front desk lady was quick and efficient, getting me all set up in two or three minutes. She also kindly directed me to the laundry room and water dispenser. The smart room system is fantastic; no need to hunt for switches – I can just call out to turn on the lights or adjust the AC, which is perfect for someone as lazy as me. The Mlily zero-pressure mattress was incredibly comfortable. After a tiring day of accompanying someone, lying on it really helped my whole body relax, and I slept wonderfully. I booked the audio-visual room, and watching movies on the 100-inch screen was amazing. Catching up on shows after a busy evening was such a stress reliever. Plus, they offer complimentary snacks and soft drinks – impeccable attention to detail. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Qionghai!"
