"Traveling with my entire family, including the elderly and children, during Chinese New Year, we made a spontaneous stopover in Qionghai and randomly picked this hotel in the middle of the night. It turned out to be surprisingly good – absolutely the best value for money! The front desk staff was also incredibly thoughtful and even gave us a complimentary breakfast. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything tasted delicious, especially the milk tea, which was even better than what you'd find in a tea restaurant. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely choose this hotel."

The decor is stylish and sophisticated, easily outshining other hotels in the city. I bought a 38 RMB breakfast deal, and it was fantastic – so many local specialties, and even fresh squeezed juice, which you rarely see. The coffee was absolutely delicious, a real highlight! The service staff were very friendly, and the aunties in the lobby were also very polite. If you're coming to Qionghai and want a great place to stay, don't hesitate – it's really worth it!"

"So far on my trip to Hainan, I've stayed in four different hotels, ranging from budget-friendly to luxury five-star. My stay at Atour has been the most satisfying. Atour just opened less than two months ago, so everything is brand new, yet there's no hint of a renovation smell. The room's amenities and facilities are incredibly convenient and user-friendly, and the service attitude is wonderfully comforting and satisfying. It really feels like Atour's management genuinely understands customer needs and strives to provide service that meets, or even exceeds, expectations. If I had to suggest an improvement, I'd recommend upgrading the toilet seats from the current semi-automatic heating and flushing models to fully automatic smart toilet seats that offer washing and cleaning functions. Quality brands like Panasonic offer these for under a thousand yuan. Smart toilet seats are quite common in many Chinese households now and are a significant consideration for many guests when traveling. Replacing them with fully smart models would be a major upgrade and a key factor for many potential guests."

"I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly. "This hotel doesn't offer butler service, and the breakfast was unappetizing; I ended up filling up on noodles. However, the lunch restaurant had good food. During the Chinese New Year, it was very crowded. When I arrived in the afternoon, the hot spring pools looked a bit dirty, and I'm not sure if they clean them daily. The next day, I just swam in the heated pool, which was quite comfortable. I wish the suite didn't have bunk beds; it's inconvenient with elderly guests and children, and there was only one large bed. This hotel is really just a stopover, not worth making a special trip for. On the plus side, prices here are very cheap. If you don't mind not having a sea view, it could be a decent place for a vacation, especially considering the great value during Chinese New Year."

"Beautiful hotel, great location, and to top it all, we've met a team of staff who are nice, warm and friendly. Special thanks to hotel lobby manager-in-charge (a young lady whose name we don't know), hotel nurse (we don't have her name either) and hotel customer service C C. During our stay at the hotel, my wife slipped and hurt her left foot while taking a walk outside near the pool. It's very kind of them to have provided us heart-warming service and help. We will surely choose to live here again if coming to Hainan, and we'll also recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues."

"I was in Qionghai on business this time and stumbled upon this newly opened hotel. It's right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. Check-in was super easy; they support digital ID cards, and the front desk lady was quick and efficient, getting me all set up in two or three minutes. She also kindly directed me to the laundry room and water dispenser. The smart room system is fantastic; no need to hunt for switches – I can just call out to turn on the lights or adjust the AC, which is perfect for someone as lazy as me. The Mlily zero-pressure mattress was incredibly comfortable. After a tiring day of accompanying someone, lying on it really helped my whole body relax, and I slept wonderfully. I booked the audio-visual room, and watching movies on the 100-inch screen was amazing. Catching up on shows after a busy evening was such a stress reliever. Plus, they offer complimentary snacks and soft drinks – impeccable attention to detail. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Qionghai!"
