"Seriously, there's no substitute for this in the Sichuan-Chongqing region... It has everything a resort hotel should have... You can easily spend two days and one night here. 1. They could add more details to enhance the resort vibe... like the playlist by the pool, drinks, and snacks. 2. The room was great... They even upgraded me despite being fully booked... The interior was decent... The bed was super comfy... They also gave a fruit platter and a small bear. Oh, and the breakfast was absolutely top-notch! So delicious!!!! 3. The service was a bit chaotic, and the flow wasn't very smooth. There were a lot of activities, but I only figured out what they were just before checking out. It would have been a better experience if I had a clear expectation of the activity schedule before check-in."

There's so much to do, and the kids had a blast. All the staff were gentle and friendly, especially Fiona, who was incredibly patient with the children and addressed all our needs immediately. The restaurant food was delicious, and they also had meals suitable for kids. You can easily spend an entire day without even leaving the hotel, truly achieving a relaxed vacation where the adults can unwind and the children are happy. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely come back for our next trip! Highly recommend it to all moms out there!"

"This time I took my family for a short trip to choose the Vienna Hotel next to the Wetland Park. The overall experience exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is quiet, and the window is full of greenery. It is especially comfortable to walk in the wetland park in the morning. The attitude of the young lady at the front desk was super nice. I saw that we took the children to upgrade the family room on the high floor and gave the children a small gift. The room was clean and spacious, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, and I slept until dawn. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, the hot water comes quickly, the shampoo shower gel is a gardenia-fragrant type, and the skin is not dry after washing. Although there are not many types of breakfast, rice noodles and freshly fried egg cakes are very authentic, and the coffee machine is still freshly ground. To say a small regret, there are fewer restaurants around the hotel, and the delivery fee is slightly higher at night. The reviews were great. The main gate is a grand stone archway, and stepping inside feels like entering a secluded paradise. The environment is beautiful, with a view of the reservoir that's perfect for photos. There's also a lakeside path for strolling. The hillside is lined with small villas. Thumbs up 1: They proactively upgraded our room. Bringing the kids, we were moved to a family room, which was much more comfortable. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and the bedding was great. There was a sofa and a balcony where we could enjoy tea. Thumbs up 2: It was the first time I'd seen so many bottles of mineral water; they were very generous with the selection, enough for everyone. The breakfast was also plentiful, and my family was very satisfied. Wishing them booming business!

A treasure hotel with a sense of atmosphere and practicality! The room has excellent lighting, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the night view of the city, and the photos are beyond the film. The sanitary details are impeccable, the sheets and quilts are white and stainless, the bathroom gaps are spotless, and even the toiletries are fresh and good smell. The hotel is not far from the core attractions, it is very convenient to walk or take a taxi, and there are many net red snack bars around. The price is absolutely perfect. This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in this trip.
