There is an underground parking lot behind the hotel and free parking is available. The cleaning aunt I met on the 8th floor on the day of check-in was particularly good. At that time, because the room arranged by the front desk still smelled of smoke, I wanted to see other rooms on the floor. The cleaning aunt was very cooperative and took us to see a few rooms that could be accommodated. After the room was selected, Also took the initiative to contact the front desk to help us change the room, but also asked the front desk to let the robot send the key to replace, the whole process is friendly, the communication is smooth, the work is clear, and the cleaning aunt likes it. The scenery is beautiful, with mountains and water, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. In addition to hot springs and swimming, there's also a children's water park. The entire ecological park is pleasant and not tiring to walk around. It's a great place for fun, leisure, and recuperation. I highly recommend it. The Xiangwo tea is delicious and fragrant. Each room comes with two bottles and a large 3L bottle of Xiangwo mountain spring water, which is sweet and refreshing. The tea-flavored chicken is also excellent!"

"This was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall. We are already looking forward to returning next year!"
