MM346056****The epitome of style over substance. The most common sign in this hotel is ”Watch Your Step” – why on earth does a hotel have so many steps?! I twisted my ankle before even getting to my room! The service is equally backward; staff are more concerned about not getting penalized by the hotel than ensuring customer satisfaction. I took my child to the outdoor pool and repeatedly explained I was just supervising and wouldn't be swimming myself. My child was wearing a swim cap, but we were still denied entry because I, the adult, wasn't wearing one! When I tried to reason with them, the lifeguard just said, ”Don't make it difficult for him...” Thank goodness I only booked one night!

__M1358030****It was renovated from an old hotel, so it doesn't look very good from the outside. It's located in a relatively remote place and there are no facilities around it.
There is a parking lot behind the hotel, which is not managed by anyone. Although it is a dedicated parking lot for the hotel, other cars should be able to park as well.
The front desk staff had a nice smile, and they also gave me a check-in souvenir, which is an emerging specialty. This was the first surprise.
The elevator is also relatively old, and still has the name of the old hotel written on it.
The room was the second surprise. I booked a family room with one living room and one room. There were tents and rocking horses in the lobby that children liked. The room was very clean and neatly tidied.
Finally, there is a small regret. It should be that the hotel facilities are too old. The toilet was blocked the next day.
But the whole process was enjoyable!

The large landscape bay window is equipped with Zen coffee table, and you can enjoy the window in the morning and watch the green courtyard. At night, you can look at the moon by the railing and realize the clearness of Zen, so that the rest itself becomes a kind of practice.
The supporting services add a sense of living: include special breakfast, the ingredients are more local styles, light and delicious, and it is a health way for Zen family ”eat without saying”; you can enjoy unlimited free soaking in Nanguoyao Spring, soothing your body and mind in the warm soup water, echoing the concept of ”Zen maintenance”.

MM231672****This is my fourth stay at this newly opened hot spring hotel during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. The top-floor king room on the fifth floor still had a slight smell of recent renovations. I have atopic dermatitis, so my sense of smell is particularly sensitive to unpleasant odors. However, the room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The shower in the bathroom had good water pressure and hot water, and the high bed and soft pillows were all things I loved. The breakfast was also very healthy and delicious. The congee with preserved egg and lean pork was especially good; I always have two bowls every time I come. The freshly cooked beef brisket noodles with fried eggs were also delicious. 😋 The hotel not only gave guests welcome fruit during the holiday but also extra gifts, which was quite thoughtful. I would come back often if there were room discounts.

GGuest UserThe room decoration is a bit old, and there is a musty smell when entering the room. The room reservation shows that the fruit is not delivered. There was a traffic jam on the evening of April 30th, and we checked in after 10 o'clock. We could only soak in the hot spring the next day. It rained all morning the next day, so we could only stay in the room. Since we were here, we had to soak in the hot spring. We checked out at 11:50 and wanted to soak in the hot spring, but we were told that we only had a few minutes, and we couldn't change our cards, and we couldn't enter the hot spring area to soak in the hot spring. There was no humanized service at all, which was too bad. If I checked out after 12 o'clock, I would have no problem saying that I was responsible. It was noon, and the May Day crowd hadn't arrived yet. We had to go to eat after soaking for 1 hour. A family of 4 spent 1,600 for two rooms, but they couldn't meet our small request. We were so disappointed.

It is conveniently located, easy to find, affordable, Li Wenchang Bridge, Temple Street is very close, and it takes about ten minutes to walk. The hotel has its own underground parking lot, parking is convenient, this point is like! Convenient for self-driving tours, and tourists who want to live in the old town. The room was clean, simple and generous, with good light and no noise near the street. To say that the lack of it is that the central air conditioner is a bit noisy in the middle of the night.
