The modern residential building was built in 2018 and is located in the center of Lauterbach, at a distance of only 100 meters to the harbor.The center of the apartment is the spacious kitchen with dining area and balcony. The balcony runs from the bedroom across the entire front of the apartment to the kitchen and of course offers a seating opportunity. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired (Internet radio, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge - freezer, etc). A massive wooden staircase leads to the modern studio and the other large roof terrace. In the studio a comfortable couch invites you to relax. In the evenings, thanks to the practical bed function, it can be turned into a comfortable bed and breakfast in no time at all. Special bonus: The sofa has a real mattress and a slatted frame for a comfortable sleeping comfort. The sofa bed with bed function is perfect for a little break during the day or as a comfortable place to stay for other guests. Similarly, a wing chair with stool potential to the favorite place for the reading corner or a peaceful retreat.
