"Good: great location, very nice room, great pool. free parking on hotel location. Beautiful views from the room balcony..little goats will probably pass by in the morning while they graze grass in the field. Very quiet at night .. excellent sleep .. comfortable bed
Be aware: no English speaking or English cc on the TV. Says you can stream to TV and you can connect; however, the wifi speed is too slow to stream your English speaking media so you will watch on your device
Also, no electric kettle or typical set up in the room. You can walk to the bar and request hot water and you can get a small ceramic pitcher with hot water to make tea in the room"

"We went to the end of July and the price was improving, nothing q blame for what we paid (EUR 42 night), comfortable, central air worked properly, something indispensable for Baeza in full heat wave, the chekin with very easy codes, Everything quite new and well decorated, the magnetophone to record psychophonies from the outlet of being has no price, for putting one but it was not having pears and it comes light in the morning, but I say, very recommendable to the general style of the Baeza hostels that are very pleasant in a chulish village,"

"I said I wanted a double bed, and they gave me two singles. Then I had trouble getting my son into the room, even though I was paying for him. They said the room with the round bathtub, which is the one I requested, wasn't available and children couldn't stay in it. I had no choice but to accept the room they gave me, even though I made the reservation 18 days in advance. They forced me to add an extra bed because I had an 8-year-old child, even though they told me the child was sleeping with us. Also, the bathtub faucet didn't come out very well, and it took a while to get a bath. Overall, I've stayed at this hotel several times, but this experience wasn't very good."

Great location besides the Collegiate. No noise, very quiet and incredibly well-located with a car park within a few minutes of walking distance. You might have to coordinate with the host to collect the keys on check in, but it’s very straightforward and an excellent chance to learn more about what to do and where to go by the very welcoming host. I really liked the fact that water, tea, and freshly ground coffee were provided, so I didn’t have to leave the apartment early in the morning to find some. Highly recommended

Muy buena relación calidad precio , ubicación excelente , las instalaciones muy bonitas y acordes al entorno , amabilidad y limpieza . El aparcamiento es complicado por la zona , eso sí, porque está en pleno casco histórico.

Ein sehr schönes gediegenes Hotel. Nicht 08/15 sondern schon ein Erlebnis. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und war auf unser Einchecken wie gebucht vorbereitet. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, die Speisekarte auf Spanisch und Englisch. Nur auf das Frühstück hätten wir verzichten können. Wer deutsches oder internationales Frühstück erwartet wird hier enttäuscht. Die Karte war zwar ebenfalls auf Spanisch und Englisch, der Service sprach aber nur Spanisch. Dies führte bei anderen Gästen zu Missverständnissen und falschem Frühstück. Bei uns dauerte es sehr lange bis das Frühstück serviert wurde und man vergaß den angekündigten Kaffee.

Great hotel in the historic center of Úbeda. Tricky to arrive by car, but they have their own garage for a little extra. The rooms are great and spacious. Bathroom is perfectly equipped. Their pool area is nice and helpful to cool down on a Spanish hot afternoon. Personnel was always friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

The mattress was comfortable, the air conditioning temperature was so beautiful, and the sleep was fragrant. I booked this hotel last time I came to Spain. Service attitude is very good. The front desk also helped to call taxi, and the breakfast service was very intimate. The fly in the ointment is that I was scared when I saw a bug with a large cockroach.

Creo que es un 4 estrellas un poco inflado.
El personal de recepción y comedor estupendo y amable. La habitacion, normal. Terraza agradable con personal no tanto. Piscina para 8 personas máximo.
El comedor se queda muy justo, es pequeño. En los desayunos resulta incomodo cuando se acumulan viajeros. El desayuno bufet se queda en correcto, sin más.

We would certainly return.
I have to highlight the good treatment of the reception staff, because today it is increasingly difficult to find people who are pleasant to the public.
We enjoyed the Christmas market that was next to the hotel and a beautiful Belén in the hotel itself. And what to say, the good restaurants and bars to tap the area. In addition to it is so close to the Cathedral, Church of San Ildefonso...etc.
