"Small room but with everything you need…(..even a coffee machine.) we had to stay one night, so it was perfect! Maybe for more days I would opt for the one with the balcony. It is located less than 10 minutes walk from the cathedral, so quite central."

"We had a great stay! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was great, and the huge TV let us watch our favourite YouTube videos and Netflix movies. I absolutely adore the scent of the liquid soap and washing gel! Despite being close to the motorway, it was really quiet. The only downside was some noise from the room above us. Holiday Inn by IHG doesn’t disappoint — it’s my favourite hotel chain!"

"Going out too early to have breakfast. There is parking lot. It is a 5-minute walk from Reims Cathedral. The room is small, it is not recommended to stay with children."

"Had a change of plans and was not able to make this trip to Reims and therefore wanted to try cancel with Trip.com despite booking a non cancellable reservation. In the end, it was sadly not possible as the parties involved were unwilling to be accommodating so in the end I had to rearrange my schedule to avoid losing USD 200.  The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming. He suggested we use the entrance with the ramp to bring up our luggage instead of the more conspicuous swing doors.  The room was on 6F and was ok. For the price I was hoping for more space. There is a weird shelf ledge against the wall where the TV is that was spanning across multiple walls that was annoying and dangerous since it was set at around 1.5 meters high off the ground. I bumped my shoulder a few times so it really is a hazard and should be removed if it isn’t purposeful.  The room is otherwise furnished in a modern and simple way. Wooden floors and plain wall tiles make it look clean and well kept.  The LED lighting strips in the walls and ceiling are distracting and would be better to be removed. It’s hard to watch TV with the glare and reflections off the flatscreen.  Minimal amenities and breakfast not included. Shower pressure was not strong and so I took longer than usual. All in all, I would imagine this to be 20-30% cheaper for what was on offer in terms of experience and furnishings."

"The front desk service is good, patient, explanation, guidance, the room is clean, there are many cabinets, convenient to store, there are snacks and candies, very warm, there is a ceiling air conditioner in the room, there is also a heater, and there is also a bathroom heater,. Warm, 😅😅😅. There is free parking, but you have to check with the front desk."

"Hotel location is very good, very close to the center of Lance, travel is very convenient. The overall facilities are quite complete, the room is quiet and comfortable, and the environment is relatively clean. However, there are some regrets in terms of hygiene. There are still food left by the upper guests in the refrigerator, which is not cleaned in time, which makes people feel a little inappropriate. In addition, the check-in time is late and the check-out time is earlier, which is slightly inconvenient. If you can be more careful in cleaning and scheduling, I believe the overall experience will be better."

"Very close to Xmas market square, but a bit distance if you are visiting city centre of Reims and the Cathedral. But all in all the hotel is new and clean. The shower seems sometimes hot and sometimes cold, not consistent."
