"When we checked in, the extra bed for my child was already prepared. Free parking is available right outside the hotel, though the front desk does warn about the risk of a parking ticket. However, everyone parks there, and since it was a public holiday, we did too, successfully saving over 20 euros. The room has basic tableware, and the microwave and oven are a single unit, which is handy for making simple meals. But Reims has so much delicious food! You absolutely have to go to ”Mala” for their beef noodles – they're amazing! The hotel's location is decent, just be careful not to take a wrong turn at the roundabout. There's a huge Carrefour within a 10-minute drive, a must-visit for anyone with a car – it's a great place for shopping. Breakfast was good, with warm bread. Our room was cleaned daily during our three-day stay. Overall, I think it's a good place."

"The service is very warm, the breakfast is very good, the parking is convenient and free. It is very convenient to buy things around. The water is a bit cold when you go, swimming should be cautious, and the overall is very good. The room was clean and wet separated!"

"The hotel was soled out. The first morning breackfast was a total desaster. No personal, almost impossible to have food. Even a problem to have a hot drink. A bad experience. Fould of the management. Nobody of the management there. Just some nice young girl. Of course she could di nothing. Management should be fired immediatly.. Personal of the hotel was very nice. "Had a change of plans and was not able to make this trip to Reims and therefore wanted to try cancel with Trip.com despite booking a non cancellable reservation. In the end, it was sadly not possible as the parties involved were unwilling to be accommodating so in the end I had to rearrange my schedule to avoid losing USD 200.  The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming. He suggested we use the entrance with the ramp to bring up our luggage instead of the more conspicuous swing doors.  The room was on 6F and was ok. For the price I was hoping for more space. There is a weird shelf ledge against the wall where the TV is that was spanning across multiple walls that was annoying and dangerous since it was set at around 1.5 meters high off the ground. I bumped my shoulder a few times so it really is a hazard and should be removed if it isn’t purposeful.  The room is otherwise furnished in a modern and simple way. Wooden floors and plain wall tiles make it look clean and well kept.  The LED lighting strips in the walls and ceiling are distracting and would be better to be removed. It’s hard to watch TV with the glare and reflections off the flatscreen.  Minimal amenities and breakfast not included. Shower pressure was not strong and so I took longer than usual. All in all, I would imagine this to be 20-30% cheaper for what was on offer in terms of experience and furnishings."
