"Friendly welcome. Good location easy to access to the center. Breakfast buffet was nice large selection of bread, jam, yogurt etc. Only 3 items on hotside buffet( scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages ). Overall i enjoy one night stay. Recommended."

We also really enjoyed the various outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxing. A special shout-out to the guy at the front desk, he was simply fantastic and incredibly helpful. "When booking, I saw that 5-year-olds were free, but I still had some opinions when I arrived at the front desk of the store. After communicating, I checked in smoothly. I also added an extra bed for free, fearing that a family of three would not be enough to live. The room is large in size, and the corridor environment is average and has a strange smell. Parking is just opposite the hotel and there is free parking. There is a steak shop and a pizzeria next to the hotel, which tastes good. The church in Troyes is worth a visit."

"We booked this hotel at the last minute on Trip.com. We were driving from Geneva to the tunnel at Calais. We arrived around 7 pm. There was a very helpful lady on the reception who gave us all the information we needed for a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also very clean with clean towels and everything was spotless. I can definitely recommend staying here if you are travelling through Troyes. "

"Impeccable and pleasant welcome by Mohamed, very attentive to our needs. Clean room and good bedding adds to our appreciation. A small downside however for the breakfast which is very limited. I recommend this establishment without hesitation!"

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing. We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating. In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel."

"Room was spacious, good and clean. The only thing was that the reception hours need to be communicated properly. We arrived at least half hour before the stated closing hours but already no one there. As we booked through trip.com, we didn’t receive the instructions to the safe where they dropped all the keys for « late » guests. But obviously we weren’t even late as mentioned, we arrived before the reception closing hours. Thankfully we met a gentleman who had the safe’s access code and we were able to retrieve our room keys"

"Je réserve pour 3 personnes , dans l'appartement plutôt bien placé et bien équipé , 2 serviettes , et pas de drap ni de taie d'oreiller pour le 3eme occupant ... Les clés doivent être récupérées à une autre adresse entre 16 et 21h hotel St Georges , pas pratique , je le découvre en arrivant , et au téléphone, la personne me dit que ce-'est indiqué et qu'ils préviennent par SMS les locataires , mais je n'ai rien reçu parce qu'ils me disent qu'Expédia a vendu à Trip la chambre donc ils ont pas eu mon numéro, alors si vous êtes au courant pourquoi ne pas l'indiquer directement et clairement sur la fiche produit , il me semble que c'est ç eux de s'assurer des différentes informations concernant leurs appartements ... Un mot d'excuse marmonné sans le regarder quand je récupère les clés ... C'est pas pro dut tout , ils ont aussi laissé des coffres en plastique à l'étage , ça sent jle je m'en-foutisme et je ne suis pas quelqu'un de très exigeant . Bref , en résumé , l'appartement était pas mal , mais tout le reste gâche l'expérience ! "

The hotel is very conveniently located 12 minutes walk from the downtown restaurant. The room is clean and comfortable, the service staff is good, and the Western breakfast is available. Will come again.

2 small problems of my stay ; Then I was going to have a cleaning pad after I was going to the toilet . It is not to household women who have to clean the toilets after some big deguulasses ( because there is no BROSSE !!! ) You will have to do like the bathroom serviettes , after the customer 's stay , put the toilet pad into washing and put another clean for the future customer . And the second small problem : last night at 23 : 00 am , I was on the card in the box and there more light that lights . The very nice host , I give in 5 minutes another room . but not very well overall

The original concept: The mix of visitors and older people. The very spacious water room, with a towel and toilet needs provided the household is not made for stays s less than one week The studio was located on the edge of a river restraint which resulted in mosquitoes and mosquitoes provide repelent pills The sound of the pleasant cascade day can become unsupportable even the night closed windows. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The beds are close to 2 people
