"The main building of the property is beautiful but has a tight parking space, which… needs to be booked ahead.. and we didn’t know . Anyway, also be aware that there are 3 buildings within the property, 1min walk to each other, and in winter at the dark of the evening, it is not really convenient to go from one place to another one.
Anyway. Fact is that the 2 buildings we were presented are beautiful, fully renovated, warm and nicely decorated. Well done.
Breakfast was also very good; I just think that the breakfast timing mngt of the various bedrooms run off… as people were queuing up, waiting for tables. My advice: wake up early, go breakfast early! ;-)
Again very nice mansion and service."

Enjoy a comfortable stay and first class amenities. The Radisson Blu Hotel, Rouen Centre features 93 rooms and suites, each furnished with a full range of comforting amenities. Aperfect option for both business and leisure travelers.
"The hotel is a few steps away from the train station and the old town. The Jeanne d'Arc Tower, the Rouen Museum of Fine Arts, and the Cathedral Museum are all within easy reach. The hotel's affiliated bar may sometimes knock on the door of the room in the afternoon to offer drinks, cheese, marshmallows, etc. I encountered this once during my 2-night stay. The rooms are spacious, with dry and wet separations, and bathrobes and simple slippers are provided. I had a good impression of Radiossion, such as the one in Etret, which pays attention to the needs of guests, but the one in Rouen ignored the needs of guests when booking, resulting in a delay in check-in. Although the emperor's daughter has no trouble getting married, she should also pay attention to brand and quality."

"The room facilities are relatively new and meet 4-star standards. I requested a high floor when booking, and I called the hotel a few days before check-in to confirm it. I didn't expect to be given the first floor in France when I checked in. I wanted to communicate with the hotel through Ctrip's customer service in China to see if I could change to a higher floor. As a result, the hotel's front desk staff hung up the phone directly because they didn't speak English. This attitude is rare. Fortunately, the windows are double-glazed and soundproof. The terminus of bus No. 3 is downstairs. The departure time of buses in France is relatively long, and there is still noise when the vehicles are waiting and idling. The hotel's breakfast is 16 euros per person, which is a bit expensive, but the orange juice and drinks are all Bio"

"The administrator was very nice. He immediately changed our room as soon as he found out that the main lighting in our room wasn't working. Instead of a room with an unappealing view, he gave us one overlooking a beautiful church. We were pleased. The hot water was indeed hot. However, there was no hairdryer, and water dripped from the pipe under the sink, so we had to place a trash can underneath it.
The room was quite spacious. There were enough power outlets, and while there wasn't a traditional wardrobe, there were plenty of hangers. The towels and bed linen smelled pleasant, and the bed was comfortable.
Attractions were a leisurely 15-minute walk away.
We only stayed for one night, but overall, I could easily have stayed there for several days. Of course, that's not possible in every hotel."

"Mercure by Accor Group is as good as always. It is definitely the most cost-effective hotel in France. It is located in the center of Rouen, with convenient transportation and life, good facilities and good service. I recommend it to everyone."
The Best Western Hotel de Dieppe 1880 is well renowned around Normandy for its specialty called Pressed Duckling. The hotel is located in the heart of Roven, near the pedestrian area, next to the old town and just in front of the railway station. Since 1880, the Best Western Hotel de Dieppe 1880 has been managed by the Gueret family. Enjoy your stay.
"Booked this hotel because of the convenience. It’s right in the middle of everything in a very walkable city. The hotel is right next to the train station. It houses a historique elevator dating from 1912. The room we stayed in was a suite and it was perfect. It even had a bathtub with lights and jets. Would definitely stay here again."
This is a truly outstanding location overlooking Etretat. A tree-lined estate where a garden and two 19th century buildings take pride of place. Le Donjon is a small Anglo-Norman chateau and the Villa is a cosy seaside residence. In the chateau the 19th century furnished rooms pay tribute to the personalities of the Second Empire and the Belle Epoque. In the Villa romanticism steals the limelight. The chef offers based on products of our terroir cuisine to enjoy in the lounge overlooking the sea and the cliffs. In the summer guests can take advantage of the terrace while the swimming pool open from May to September.
"Here's a unique hotel - housed in a old mansion from the 1900s. This means that each room in the original wing is a little different and 'eclectic'. There's also a new wing with newer rooms, a spa, a swimming pool (sorta heated), a bistro and a 1 Michelin star restaurant.
Pros:
- Unique style of hotel that's set away from the hustle/bustle of the Etritat town.
- Helpful staff
- Complimentary bakes and hot drinks from 4-6pm
- Michelin-star restaurant on site (but it was closed during our visit)
- Comfortable beds, good water pressure and a bathtub
- Professional grade Nespresso machine in-room with 4 pods (2x decaf) + nice tea bags
- Grounds are cute, with a resident cat, fireplace and pleasant garden-ish spaces.
Cons:
- Cleanliness - we discovered a swarm of ants crawling behind the curtain. We think it was some food that wasn't cleaned away from the previous guest that attracted the ants. This was gross.
- Room styling may not be to everyone's tastes - suggest you ask to view a room before you move your luggage in.
- Narrow stairs to rooms in main building, was abit hard to get luggage up to but they can get help if needed.
- Location could be a con for some as it's a good 10-12 min walk into the main down down a high.
- Parking spaces were limited.
- Breakfast is pricey at 25 euro - there's a great boulangerie in town Maison Piquenot that you can get good croissants, baguettes from.
- Overall abit pricey for the value you get."

Great
GGuest UserWe reached Erawan pretty late, at dark, in a snow day. Because communication channel with Trip.com did g allow the owner to reach us (phone nor email), we reached an empty, closed venue. Which I have to stay is pretty upsetting when it is -2 outside. However, after few phone calls, and relevant explanations, we got welcomed warmly by the owner and the neighbor business owner and we moved in accordingly. Thank you to the neighbor businessman to help us carry our heavy luggage till the 2nd floor!! Beautiful house and deco; beautiful bedroom BUT, extremely cold toilet and bathroom (supposed to be a hammam??? We never found the way to turn it into a hammam…. It is gorgeous…. But… damn cold!) Again, the house is very beautifully decorated which was so nice to experiment for breakfast. Do try this place which bedrooms names are themed on Thailand! :-)
GGuest UserGood room with friendly front desk staff very helpful and always smiling. Very convenient with walking distance to downtown and university. Room facilities good. Tasty pizza recommended by staff.
NNetteluoWe only stayed 1 night at Hotel Paulette as we were driving through Rouen as a part of our road trip. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Notre Dame Rouen Cathedral, Le Gros Horloge and the site where Joan of Arc was burned. The hotel room was clean and had the necessary amenities such as free wifi, toiletries, hair dryer. While there is no cupboard, there is a suitcase stand where there are hangers you can hand up your coat and clothes. Just note that the bathroom is small. It did not bother us since it is a standard for most European hotels.
MmarcryuThe location is everything, right in front of the beach. Love the theme of Jules Vernes (name of hotel) and Arsène Lupin which resonated in the rooms. Both of whom had strong associations with Étretat. The building has a very iconic façade. We had a village-facing room as the sea-facing ones were not available during booking but it had also a pretty decent view. Coffee provided at the hallway at one's disposal. Tea in the room. No AC, so very warm and stuffy at night, could hardly sleep. Wouldn't recommend opening the windows cos of mozzies. Breakfast spread was generous and delicious. Huge croissants! Staff were very friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserIf you want to experience La vraie vie de chateau (a real life a a castle owner) this is your choice. Only 5 rooms available, very private, feels like you are in your own chateau… fabulous park and setting around the main building, was told there are other separate “mini” houses in the park , and you can go watch the horses…. And admire the view on the valley. Our room: we booked the round bedroom … the center bedroom on the 1st floor…. Fabulous place, need a bit of upgrade in the bathroom… if anything… but seriously felt like a châtelain… as we reached early, we were welcomed by one of the sons of the owners who took us around the private wing, “his house”, and told us everything about the mansion history as well as hotel business. A great interaction with a friendly castle owner and businessman. They also have a snooker, a gym and sauna…. I mean… what else do you want!!! We had to go out for dinner (at L’Hermitage) which the owner booked for us. Breakfastwas served in the salons…. Stylish French dépit déjeuner, served by a dynamic, friendly and frank lady. Just go. Dont hesitate.
GGuest UserWalking distance from all attractions within city center. We visited several spots in town and returned to the hotel for a short break. The hotel has no lift! We had to carry our luggages to 3rd floor. Room is compact as expected however the bed is comfortable. Shower and toilet are small. Front staff was helpful as he tried to explain us about the hotel and surrounding in English. He was also kind enough to keep our luggages during our short trip to Mont St Michel.
