"The hotel is a resort on a hill. It’s beautiful and the weather is nice and cooling. Facilities include heated pool, kid’s club, 2 outdoor playground, kids water play area (cold water), ping pong table, free e-bike, gym, etc. The staff are very polite and helpful. Room is modern, new and beautiful. The room has safe deposit box, bidet, rain shower, and normal shower head. Basic amenities are 2 mineral water bottles per day, dental kit, vanity kit, sanitary bag, shower cap, shampoo, shower gel, and lotion. Shampoo and shower gel smells good. There’s bath towel and hand towel. Soundproofing can be improved: 1. On the nights we stayed, they had some events in the infinite8 cafe area. They were pretty loud until close to midnight. 2. We can also hear the people talking along the corridor Breakfast is free for kids 5 and below. Taste-wise it’s good. Apart from egg station, salad, waffles and bakery section, the rest are very much Indonesian style. Western-style option is limited (ie. pasta, baked beans and 1 other). What’s surprising is that they have frozen yoghurt and matcha spread! However, the breakfast spread can be repetitive."

"Could be better if the bed is a bit firmer. too soft for my back and I woke up unfresh. Thankfully it was just for a night and I moved to another hotel. Other than that it was great. I did not taste the breakfast though."

"We booked a Premier Twin Room and stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with a pool view. The room was clean and fully equipped with amenities; there was a sofa, so it was comfortable. The breakfast selection was varied and the food tasted pretty good, though unfortunately the restaurant is located right next to the front desk, so there’s no view to speak of. The parking lot is about 200 meters from the hotel, and a buggy car is provided. The experience of staying with the family was quite enjoyable. We didn’t get a chance to visit Skyhill to enjoy the sunrise from the hotel’s 8th floor. Maybe we’ll try it on our next visit."

"Overall, my stay was quite good. The staff service was friendly, and the hotel facilities were comfortable. However, there are a few things that could be improved for the future. During check-in, it was already close to 2:30 PM. When I asked when the room would be ready, I was told to wait and that I would be called. Given that the check-in time had already passed, I had hoped the room would be available sooner, as it cut into guests' rest time. For a reputable hotel like Aston, I believe timely room availability is a crucial part of a comfortable stay. In fact, at some other hotels in the same area, rooms are accessible even earlier. Furthermore, I believe the breakfast food options could be improved. Considering Aston's standard and reputation, I had hoped for a more appealing and diverse menu to provide a more memorable experience for guests. Thank you for the service provided. I hope this feedback can be used for evaluation to enhance the quality of services in the future."

"Everything was great, except for the bathroom facilities. There was no hook for towels, no hairdryer, and the sink was clogged. The restaurant's main course menu offered a good variety and the food tasted delicious. However, the dessert and drink options were limited and not very flavorful, in my personal opinion. Suggestion: It would be even better if there was a spot on the rooftop to watch the sunrise and sunset."

"Stayed here recently and honestly, overall it was a pretty lovely experience. The place itself has a nice, calming vibe, and once everything settled, it really felt worth it. But… check-in was a bit of a confusing. The staff told me that because of a Lebaran promo, my room got upgraded from Deluxe to a mountain view room. Naturally, I was happy. Thought I hit the jackpot, right? Well… turns out, not quite. When we got to the room, it felt a bit off straight away. Smaller space, tighter layout, and definitely not what you’d expect from a Deluxe upgrade. Turns out it was actually a Superior room, which is a level BELOW Deluxe. Felt a bit like being pranked, not gonna lie. And with three of us, it just didn’t work. Way too cramped. I ended up going back down, had a proper chat with the staff, and asked to be moved. To their credit, they handled it quite well. Got us back into the correct Deluxe room, and yeah… massive difference. The room was way more spacious, much quieter, and just felt right. Proper comfort. That’s when the stay finally clicked into place. So yeah, a bit of a shaky start, but it ended well. If anything, just DOUBLE CHECK your room type during check-in so you don’t get caught off guard like I did. Would I stay again? Yeah, probably. Just with a bit more attention at the front desk next time."

"The location is strategic, it was truly a very pleasant stay with friendly service and very helpful staff. The room was clean, the food was also delicious, and the cafe on the top floor was excellent with a beautiful view; unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to take photos. There's a playground for children and a swimming pool. It's very suitable for a family stay."

"The location is to die for. It's within walking distance to the Jatim Park complexes. it comes with cheap laundry service in house (5500/kg for min 3kg) or for slightly more convenient, go through the front desk for 6500/kg. They also help deliver our breakfast to our room. Really recommended."
