We had a wonderful stay at the Inbal Hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is fantastic and made it easy to explore Jerusalem. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. There are many varieties of breakfast, small snacks and red wine are provided free of charge in the room, there is a free bar on the second floor, the room is quite large, the surrounding environment has restaurants and shopping malls, and the room is relatively clean.

The hotel was clean. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor - which I cleaned up. All in all it was fine. But - it was almost impossible to find. I went to the address - and I don't see a thing that resembled a hotel. It turns out, you need to walk through a rusty gate and down a flight of stairs (below street level). It occupies just a small space all on one level. If a lady from the hotel hadn't seen me on the street looking confused, I'd have never have found it.
