"I would like to express my appreciation for your hotel, located in an extremely convenient location near the highway exit. The room was comfortable, equipped with a safe, wardrobe and space to store suitcases. The bed was very comfortable and came with two pillows per person. The bathroom was clean and complete with a delicious, excellent quality bubble bath. However, I would like to report an unpleasant episode, while clarifying that it is not attributable to the management. Upon our return to the room mid-morning (check-out was scheduled for 12), after having communicated not to make up the room and left our suitcases and other personal effects, we found the room door half open. The cleaners, working in other rooms up ahead, had left our door open, allowing anyone to enter and take our belongings (which fortunately didn't happen). This is an unfortunate incident, which we have duly reported. The Director, Mrs. Rosanna Tarasco, a sensitive and attentive person, understood our disappointment and personally apologized, demonstrating great courtesy towards us. I would add one important thing, the possibility of gluten-free breakfast."

"Hotel located 600 metres from the railway station, in the centre. Excellent breakfast included in the price. There is useful information provided by the girl at the reception. Release for the stay period of the Trentino Guest Card that is useful for traveling on public means in Trentino and for the often free access to museums and attractions."

"A very great hotel in the heart of Rovereto. The hotel is located on a quiet street, a 5-minute walk from Rovereto central station. Receptionist Alisa was very friendly and answered all our questions politely and informatively. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. There was a lot of storage space for clothes. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The room was always clean - once even while we were at breakfast, which was surprising and very much appreciated. The breakfast at the hotel is fantastic, with a big variety of food: scrambled eggs, sausages, a variety of cheeses, salamis, lots of pastries, croissants, jams, muesli, coffee, tea, and juices. The coffee was exceptional and very delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel, as it made for a truly wonderful vacation - thank you to the hotel for making it happen."

"The room was consistent with the promotion, and there is a parking lot for free. The lemonade provided in the lobby is great. The reception staff is enthusiastic and has a good attitude. They are enthusiastic about informing the public parking lot at the door of the free parking time"

"The host is friendly and the cat is cute! It was difficult to communicate in language, but it was greeted with warm hospitality. Delicious breakfast is a bonus."
