"The staff was amazing, thorough, and extremely competent. They helped me on multiple occasions throughout my stay as i lost my t shirt on the balcony below me and they helped me get it as well as were flexible when i needed to add another guest to my room mid stay. Great location, just a short 15 minute walk to downtown and close proximity to the la marinella beach club. 10/10!"

"Clean. Check in and check out was straightforward. It was hard for me to get hot water from the shower or tap. Was given 2 bed sheets and pillow case. My room had toilet paper and hairdryer but no soap no towel. There was a plug/ outlet next to every bed. My room was quiet, the area is not noisy (but depends on fellow guests too). It is 10-15 mins walk to the train station to go to Naples. It is about 40-50 minute walk to sorrento port to get a ferry. It took 1 hour 20 mins to get to Naples with the train. WiFi is given. Staff are friendly. Would recommend staying here over hostels in Naples."

"The best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. They helped us navigate the Amalfi coast including buses, trains and tours. We had a shuttle that would take us from and to Sorrento. The food was super delicious and they even prepared 2 mini birthday celebrations for me and my dad. A special shoutout to Olga who received us the first day, but everyone was equally nice and supportive throughout our stay :)"

"Mixed feelings about my stay at Grand Hotel Parco del Sole in Sant’Agnello. There are some genuinely good points: the garden and pool are well-maintained, and the entrance is magnificent with palm trees that make you feel like you’re arriving at a grand villa. The shuttle service to and from Sorrento is also a convenient plus. However, the hotel feels like it’s past its glory days. It seems it’s now mainly serves British package holidaymakers, and many rules feel outdated. For example, you must return pool towels to reception upon checkout, and they keep your ID at check-in for about 30 minutes to make a copy—both inconvenient and old-fashioned practices. The breakfast is very standard with terrible coffee, which is particularly shameful for Italy. But the worst part was the outdoor seating area in the breakfast restaurant—it was filthy, seemingly not cleaned for a year or longer. Bird droppings and general grime made it unpleasant to eat there. Overall, while the property has potential with its beautiful grounds, the outdated policies, and cleanliness issues make it hard to fully recommend."

" A very familiar and pleasant hotel, very formal in your care and treatment, when I say family is because it gives the impression that it is managed by the fathers with their children and family. As for the room we chose in the photos was not the really allocated, they gave us a too small room, only with a small hang and 5 hooks, had no dressing or closet, We stayed 5 days and it was up to us to have the clothes nearly thrown on the floor above the bags and quite narrow, the room had no refrigerator or refrigerator, let's say we didn't spend much time at the hotel but if we thought the space was a little narrow the room."

"Отель неплохой, но мне было там неуютно. Поселили в номер в балконом на сторону оживлённой дороги, также внизу под балконом были ворота, куда въезжал автотранспорт, что сопровождалось громкими звуками, и иногда криками работников, даже в раннее утреннее время. Таким образом, выспаться можно было лишь с закрытой балконной дверью. Конечно, если ко всему соседи будут спокойные. Обстановка в номере старомодная, мебель антикварная, что меня нисколько не расстроило, даже вызвало интерес. Кровать странно заправлена - какой-то клеёнкой, а поверх простынёй. Бельё хорошее, чистое. Ванная комната с ванной! Сантехника некоторая тоже несовременная, но вот здесь это уже неуместно. Тапочек нет. Порадовал чайник в номере. Но нет даже ни бутылочки воды. А также, напряжённо с розетками, я только одну в комнате нашла, в самом дальнем углу вдали от кровати и стола. Ещё было неудобно, что автоматически включался кондиционер, и приходилось звонить на ресепшен просить отключить. Из номера нет управления. Завтрак хороший. Вокруг отеля красивый сад, есть бассейн с неподогреваемой водой."

"A newly decorated and practical hotel with satisfying amenities within its cost. Near Sorrento center and it takes about 5-10 mins walk only, no shuttle service is not a problem. Pool is excellent, I saw staff cleaning the pool every morning, sunbath area is broad and sufficient number of sunbath chair. Parking fee is surprisingly low and it costed only €4/day, all you need to do is inform front desk in advance. All in all, a reasonable hotel with reasonable price, you won’t expect more within this range👍👍"

"I went with my dad and we stayed 4 nights in a double queen room. We fell in love with the hotel, the decor, the cleanliness and the facilities. We enjoyed a sunset on the terrace with good music and good drinks, it was an unforgettable moment. The price of the bar is a little high but the drinks are served with abundant appetizers and the service is excellent. Adriano at the pool is super attentive although we think there is not enough space in the solarium and pool due to the number of people there. The room was okay. We used the balcony a lot, it is a bit far to walk to the center, they should have a transfer due to the category of the hotel but we rented a car and we were fine. Thanks Majestic we will return"
