"The hotel rooms are clean, the overall facilities are good, and the staff are friendly. However, using the hotel is very inconvenient if you need parking.
The road leading to the hotel is narrow, so you cannot park your car close to the hotel.
Furthermore, to use the public parking lot, you must first go to the hotel to get directions and receive a barcode for payment. Essentially, you have to find a suitable spot to park, return to the hotel to get the barcode, and then park again in the designated public parking lot. After that, you end up dragging a heavy suitcase along a bumpy, cobblestone path for a long time to reach the hotel. Of course, the same applies when leaving.
Travelers who need parking and have heavy luggage must endure this inconvenience.
It is regrettable that the hotel did not provide advance notice regarding parking.

"I had a mostly good experience at Seven Hostel.The dorms were nice, with comfortable beds and great air conditioning, making for a pleasant stay. The hostel offers a tasty breakfast and has an amazing chef on the rooftop who prepares delicious meals; the kitchen staff were friendly and provided excellent service. While the bathrooms could have been cleaner, the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The location isn’t the best, but it’s conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to get around. Despite a few drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the value offered."

"The staff was amazing, thorough, and extremely competent. They helped me on multiple occasions throughout my stay as i lost my t shirt on the balcony below me and they helped me get it as well as were flexible when i needed to add another guest to my room mid stay. Great location, just a short 15 minute walk to downtown and close proximity to the la marinella beach club. 10/10!"

"Mixed feelings about my stay at Grand Hotel Parco del Sole in Sant’Agnello.
There are some genuinely good points: the garden and pool are well-maintained, and the entrance is magnificent with palm trees that make you feel like you’re arriving at a grand villa. The shuttle service to and from Sorrento is also a convenient plus.
However, the hotel feels like it’s past its glory days. It seems it’s now mainly serves British package holidaymakers, and many rules feel outdated. For example, you must return pool towels to reception upon checkout, and they keep your ID at check-in for about 30 minutes to make a copy—both inconvenient and old-fashioned practices.
The breakfast is very standard with terrible coffee, which is particularly shameful for Italy. But the worst part was the outdoor seating area in the breakfast restaurant—it was filthy, seemingly not cleaned for a year or longer. Bird droppings and general grime made it unpleasant to eat there.
Overall, while the property has potential with its beautiful grounds, the outdated policies, and cleanliness issues make it hard to fully recommend."

" A very familiar and pleasant hotel, very formal in your care and treatment, when I say family is because it gives the impression that it is managed by the fathers with their children and family. As for the room we chose in the photos was not the really allocated, they gave us a too small room, only with a small hang and 5 hooks, had no dressing or closet, We stayed 5 days and it was up to us to have the clothes nearly thrown on the floor above the bags and quite narrow, the room had no refrigerator or refrigerator, let's say we didn't spend much time at the hotel but if we thought the space was a little narrow the room."

We spent three wonderful nights at this apartment. The decoration is fresh and modern,exactly matching the photos. The spacious bedroom comfortably fits three beds, supplied with coffee machine, water,and tableware for consumption. They also provide daily cleaning which is well deserved a compliment.
Ideally located in a residential neighborhood near central Sant Agnella station. Getting around couldn't be easier.It's only a 7-minute walk to the Sant Angella Station and 15 minute walk to Sorrento. Mariella was very kind to meet us for early check in and expained in detail about the apartment.
I will highly recommend this apartment to any traveler visiting Amalfi Coast and Sorrento.

The hotel breakfast is great, there are about 15 cars in the yard, the parking is relatively adequate, and it takes about 5 minutes to drive to Sorrento. Opposite the hotel there is a platform to watch the sunset, and there is a nice restaurant on the terrace. The seafood pasta is delicious!

The room is located about 7 minutes' walk from the EAV railway Sant Angello station. The hotel facilities are excellent, very new, and the decoration style is fresh and elegant. The room has windows and looks out onto the garden. The breakfast has scrambled egg, which is better than most B&B hotels. There is a very beautiful sea view nearby that can be enjoyed on foot. Probably most people choose this hotel because of the price and proximity to Sorrento. However, it should be noted that EAV trains are very infrequent (more than 30 minutes) and very inconsistent. Because it is not a good choice to book this hotel for the purpose of going to Sorrento. If you want to go to Capri, I personally recommend taking a boat directly from Naples (a fast boat with a speed of nearly 60km/h. The time required may be shorter than taking a boat from Sorrento) to Capri. Then stay in Capri for two nights. Don't go through Sorrento as there is absolutely no need.

A newly decorated and practical hotel with satisfying amenities within its cost.
Near Sorrento center and it takes about 5-10 mins walk only, no shuttle service is not a problem.
Pool is excellent, I saw staff cleaning the pool every morning, sunbath area is broad and sufficient number of sunbath chair.
Parking fee is surprisingly low and it costed only €4/day, all you need to do is inform front desk in advance.
All in all, a reasonable hotel with reasonable price, you won’t expect more within this range👍👍

I went with my dad and we stayed 4 nights in a double queen room. We fell in love with the hotel, the decor, the cleanliness and the facilities. We enjoyed a sunset on the terrace with good music and good drinks, it was an unforgettable moment. The price of the bar is a little high but the drinks are served with abundant appetizers and the service is excellent. Adriano at the pool is super attentive although we think there is not enough space in the solarium and pool due to the number of people there. The room was okay. We used the balcony a lot, it is a bit far to walk to the center, they should have a transfer due to the category of the hotel but we rented a car and we were fine.

The location is pretty convenient though it’s not exactly at the center of Sorrento, shuttle bus service was excellent and it takes only 5-8 mins to city center.
Service from the staff is keen and proactive, room which we chose is double size room and it was big and cozy.
Pool is clean and broad, enough space for sunbathing.
Just be mutual, decoration was pretty old-fashioned as we had known in advance, breakfast quality can be improved.
It’s a hotel with reasonable price and good service.

We just had a wonderful 4 days at La Pergola. Nothing is too much trouble. Each day we received service with a smile. The location is a short distance from central Sorrento but the hotel offers a free shuttle service in the evening which was perfect for going for dinner etc. The rooms are clean. It has a fabulous roof terrace where they will bring drinks to you. Breakfast had a good selection of options. The swimming pool was nice. A short walk away you can go to the beach. All in all a great experience.
