Asahikawa Hotels with Wifi

"The location is the hotel is great as it’s next to AEON mall and Asahikawa JR Station. We drove and there were two locations we could park at (note that hotel does not cover parking). It is a 3-5min walk to Asahikawa JR station and i could go over to get train tickets really easily before heading back to the hotel for breakfast. The breakfast was amazing and there were vegetarian food options like salad, bread and some veggies. There was even coffee available for takeaway. There was also fresh seafood don that you can assemble yourself. The room itself was basic. It was clean but a little dusty. There wasn’t a lot of walking space, not to mention 2 large suitcases. We constantly had to squeeze and sidestep when walking from washroom to desk to bed. Our room tv couldn’t access youtube for some reason but could still access some tv channels. Overall would still recommend as the location and breakfast was really good. If you are just going back to hotel to sleep then this hotel is a good choice."

"Great experience! It's about a 6-7 minute walk from the station, and there's a convenience store downstairs. The rooms and facilities are relatively new, and the onsen (hot spring) is quite spacious. Breakfast was delicious. There's also a humidifier provided in the room. The only minor downside is that the last entry for breakfast is 9 AM, so I ended up wasting my breakfast voucher on the first day 😂"

"It was okay. Service is mostly self-service, but they offer luggage storage and the staff were very friendly, so that's a plus. The room facilities were quite old, but the cleanliness was fine. There weren't many power outlets, but they provided an extension cord. The biggest drawback was the extra cot which creaked all night, disturbing everyone's sleep."

"We stayed for 4 nights during July and it was a great experience. Paid parking JPY payable upon check in, parking is Aeon Parking and best to drive straight till you park under the bridge. That is the best/closest entry to the hotel. Aeon is right there and hotel lift will get you there without stepping outdoors, great for snowy/rainy weather. You need to get a new parking ticket (QR code) from the front desk everyday to get out, and use it at the payment machine. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the water pressure is good. The toilet has lots of functions and auto flush for you. They had a public bath and special mention to the outdoor bath, it stayed nice and hot. Overall a really great hotel, cannot beat the location, and interconnected to a shopping centre and JR train station."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access and a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby. It's also connected to a large parking garage, making it very friendly for self-drivers. The front desk staff were very friendly. Although the room size is a bit small, it's fully equipped with everything you need, clean, and tidy. The only drawback was that the large public bath was consistently crowded."

"Y’s hotel is an excellent stay in Asahikawa if you’re arriving at the Asahikawa airport and starting your road trip. Right outside the hotel is the main Asahikawa station and the airport transfer bus is just right at the door step. No rush in catching the bus for your plane. Just across the street is the car rental which you can easily pick up/return your rented car. Hotel also has a very nice Onsen facility that you can enjoy all through the night while waiting for your laundry in the coin laundromat."

"Thanks for allocating a high-floor room with a great view; it was helpful to see if it was raining. The room was quite spacious, though the bathroom felt a bit narrow. My room clearly looked renovated and was comfortable; I liked having a window. The location is super convenient, with many shops nearby. The staff were friendly. Definitely worth recommending. There's a large park next to the train station, and you can also visit Ramen Village."

"The hotel is not the closest to the JR station, but it is conveniently within walking distance. The room was adequate for one person and offered sufficient space for one piece of luggage. Breakfast is available from 6:30 to 9:00 AM, featuring a selection of both Japanese and Western food. Additionally, there is a convenience store situated nearby."

"We decided on visiting Asahikawa last minute and Art Hotel was the only one that truly fitted what we looked for, the pleasant surprise was how they upgraded our room probably because we did a last minute booking and they gave us the triple room instead so we ended up with a pleasant surprise of extra space to pack our luggage’s! The hotel is super clean and also a convenient stop point to visit outskirts as we stayed in Asahikawa but visited mountains, waterfalls & more! Parking is a little complicated, it is 2 buildings away and under times, not a big issue as u just need to cross the road to get to it, simply pay 1000 Yen a day, they will stamp your carpark ticket everytime you enter and exit. The only troublesome part would be the loading and unloading of luggage otherwise it wasn’t much of an issue for us. The city itself has nothing much but the hotel’s restaurant of western mix Chinese modern dining was really good! It is good enough to laze around the hotel & have your meals settled after a long trip. We would definitely be back for sure!"

"The service and amenities at Dormy Asahikawa is good. The only gripe i have is the location, over the 2 days in in Asahikawa, it was raining and because Dormy Asahikawa is not exactly near to the station (abt 10 to 15mins walk dependingon traffic lights) with a backpack, 28” luggage wheeling, heavier drizzle (rain) and no shelter after The station's stretch of walkway, i got to the hotel drenched. The comfort is the hot spring and the 930pm Ramen. The service from their staff is good. Dormy inn standard doesn't fail."
