"If you want a 4 star hotel that is affordable and spacious for families travelling with kids, this is a good choice. The staff are nice and they even prepared something sweet for me and my daughter as Birthday Treat. Had a nice stay at this hotel."

"First time on business trip to Baishi. Discovered is a treasure place on the outskirts of Tokyo. Baizhiye is a new district for education, medical care and high-tech, and Shibuya trams are directly accessible. The city is small and lively, young and energetic, and the consumption is very cost-effective! The hotel is in the old district, close to the station and Takashimaya Department Store, and it is very convenient for leisure and business. The decoration is obviously a high-end hotel style in the millennium. Although it has been more than 20 years, except that the carpet is a bit old, the others are well maintained. The room is large and the tea and coffee are very warm. It is a little bit of a twist to go to Narita Airport, but it is very convenient to go to Haneda! Worth choosing again."

"This is a fantastic hotel! We stayed in a family room with two beds and a bunk bed, which the kids absolutely loved. There was plenty of space, and the hot spring was excellent with perfectly hot water. Plus, there were free popsicles! There's a Lawson convenience store right on the ground floor of the hotel with a dedicated entrance, which was incredibly convenient for late-night snacks and supplies. A large LaLaport shopping mall is also nearby. Parking was super easy with a lot right next to the hotel for 1200 yen a day. Breakfast was also delicious with a good variety of choices."

"Close to the train station, and shopping and dining in the surrounding area are very convenient. The hotel was undergoing some renovations, which felt a bit inconvenient. Overall, the amenities were pretty standard, but there are only two decent hotels in Kashiwa, so there wasn't much choice."

"My wife and I live in Tokyo, but we decided to come here for a couple of days to enjoy the onsen. We were very surprised!! The hotel is super clean with a comfortable mattress. The breakfast did not have so many options, but it was very delicious. The soups and pizza and pasta were amazing. The onsen was great and the staff were kind. The mattress was Serta. Very comfortable!! We loved the area. The hotel is next to a big mall. T-Site, near the hotel had a large book store with coworking spaces with coffee shops. Of particular note is a coffee shop themed after the Beatles, called Penny Lane. The unique restaurants, coffee shops and drinking places In the Kashiwanohana area are amazing!!!! You can easily find great restaurants and unique coffee shops in the area. We also went to a huge park called Kashiwanohana Park. We spent a few hours there enjoying tea at the coffee shop in the park. This area is very walkable. Don’t use Google maps as it does not show the pedestrian walking paths. Ask locals. You can easily spend a couple of days on this area without walking near busy streets. Walking paths with no cars can easily get you wherever you want to go. We loved this trip!!"

"The room is quite big. ”It's hygienic and has all the facilities. It's quite convenient. There aren't many choices for breakfast, but it tastes good. There's a tram stop just outside the door, so it's convenient to go anywhere.”"

"8月2〜5日の3泊4日利用させてもらいました。同じ部屋で連泊できるのは大変ありがたく、清掃も毎日していただきました。深夜の外出もしやすく、コンビニや夜の散歩をして過ごせました。501のお部屋はシャワーを使用していると水道管から音がするのですが、段々と慣れて気にしなくなってました。wトイレのドアの作りが上が開いている為、音をごまかそうと水を流し続けると、流れにくくなってしまうので、お気をつけください。w ナッシュのご飯も美味しかったし、駅近でとても満足でした。ありがとうございました。"
