"This stay was very amazing, the most satisfying thing was the space configuration. The number of room pings is much larger than the average business room type, and the most plus point is to have a separate living room. This pattern makes the rest area and the sleep area a perfect partition, even if two people stay in the room at the same time, they can not interfere with each other. The sofa area in the living room is spacious and the moving line is planned smoothly. It is very comfortable to organize large luggage or buy a late night snack at night. For friends who value space and privacy, here is a highly recommended choice."

"We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Fuji Speedway Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the race circuit and surrounding mountains. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the unique experience of staying right next to the famous Fuji Speedway. The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the Mount Fuji area. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Japan. Highly recommended for both motorsport enthusiasts and travelers looking for a relaxing luxury stay."

"The facilities of the hotel are sufficient. It may depend on the room, but I felt the bathtub was small. Due to the location near the bypass intersection, admission to the parking lot on the hotel grounds is restricted."

"We applied for the best deal for a couple. It was just over 10,000 yen including breakfast! The large public bath (women's bath) had good quality makeup remover lotion, shampoo and conditioner, smooth hair, and plenty of amenities. There were no other guests there at the time, so we had the place to ourselves and were able to relax."

"I had some business nearby and stayed overnight starting Saturday. I was instructed to pick up amenities and pajamas from the area next to the front desk. They provided plastic bags for easy storage, which was very helpful. The room was simple but fine. The bath felt a bit dated. The hair dryer provided was a bit slow, so be careful if you have long hair. There was no humidifier. It's thirsty, so it's a good idea to bring plenty of drinks. The TV was a large smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services. I love it. On clear days, you can see Mt. Fuji from the window. It only takes a moment to open and close, which is great. Breakfast is all-buffet only on Sundays. Otherwise, it's a plated rice + buffet. I chose the all-buffet option. It was delicious. Check-out was quick and easy using the self-service machine near the front desk. It was convenient. I'd like to use it again if I'm in the area. Thank you."

"The first time I came to Mount Fuji, a rare experience. This hotel is very kind and clean. The hot spring is big. The focus is on cheap prices. It also includes breakfast and dinner. The dinner is super rich and has fresh emperor crab feet. And there are special people in the service, there is no problem with the language, the hotel hired a lot of Chinese-speaking people, I think in the New Year, this price, booked this hotel is really profitable, the room is twice as big as Tokyo, although the hotel has a period, but very clean, The service is friendly, the hot spring is large and clean, the focus is that the view is very good, the window can directly see Mount Fuji, we are lucky, one day there is snow, one day there is cloud, the rest is sunny looking at Mount Fuji, I think I will top this side next time, Because the surrounding price locations may be more expensive! "I would hesitate booking this hotel if you are looking for a “wow” experience. We had some issues due to bad weather and some due to service. We booked a room that ideally should have had views of Mount Fuji. Due to the fog, we saw nothing for our 1 night stay outside of the clouds. This is no fault of the hotel but worth factoring into expectations. We also had some service shortfalls. No one in advance communicated that we needed to select a time for the included dinner or pick the cuisine we wanted.  As a result, we got stuck with what was available. We also were not informed that there was a shuttle to a nearby train station (the hotel made up for this by driving us to the station, but the only reason we knew was another guest mentioned it). Lastly, we selected a meal option but were not told the supplement in advance so had a 24,000 yen surprise on our bill. Had this all been communicated in advance, we would have felt better about our stay. At breakfast, we waited over 20 minutes for coffee and had to ask 3 times before it was eventually served. On the plus side, the hard product is strong and our Kappo dinner was delicious. While this wasn’t a “bad stay” - I struggle to see how this hotel landed as a 3 Michelin Star rating and can charge the prices that are charged given some of the issues we faced."
