"The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the towels were changed. The bed was comfortable. The shower jet was fine and there was warm water as it should. You had to walk about 1.5 km to get to the center, which I think is fine. The price-performance ratio was fine.
Unfortunately, breakfast was not offered. I had a room on the ground floor. The room was very thinly soundproof and you could hear every step from outside. The window faced the hallway, so there was no daylight and the air was musty. There was no extractor in the bathroom. An air conditioner or fan would not have been bad."

"Todo muy bien con la habitación, ojo que al ser en interior sólo hay una ventana por la cuál llega un poco de luz de sol; si es un problema para ti mejor reserva una de exterior. Para mí no lo fue ya que estuve fuera todo el día, cuando regresaba ya había oscurecido.
La localización es excelente, a sólo unos pasos de centro de convenciones,.
Sólo tengo un par de observaciones:
- Con el servicio de camarista: el primer día dejé el corbatín de ”no molestar” para que no pasaran a limpiar mientras iba a desayunar, ya que iba a regresar para arreglarme para luego salir; entonce dejé el corbatín para que ya pudieran entrar; el detalle es que no volvieron a dejarlo en la habitación; y el segundo día que cambiaron las toallas no me dejaron una para secarme las manos, sólo dejaron toallas de baño
- El desayuno del sábado tomó mucho tiempo para que me atendieran, no sé si era por el hecho de que era desayuno pagado del hotel o porque tenían 2 reuniones y poca gente, pero sí fue algo molesto"

"Very good location, but the room they gave was a oven, only with a ventilator equipped between the closet and the shop, the bathroom also very closed something dangerous when you leave as a little water passes to the room, since, since, We arrived informing you that the TV had no signal and they could not solve it or offer us another room, if you only need it to get tired and sleep, wake up and get out immediately is essential."

"Está cerca del zócalo y sus alrededores como la calle de los dulces. Incluye estacionamiento.
El personal es muy amable, tanto el valet parking, como los del restaurante y la recepcionista.
Nos encantó que el sanitario estuviera separado de la ducha, que las camas fueran queen, que las instalaciones estuvieran muy limpias y en excelentes condiciones; que el aire acondicionado fuera silencioso y la regadera tuviera buena presión y sin problema con la temperatura del agua.
El único inconveniente, es que pasan vehículos públicos (rutas y camiones) y en ocasiones hacen mucho ruido.
El desayuno es suficiente y tiene buenas opciones.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente."

"We extended our stay with the hotel twice because it was quite a nice place to spend our time whole in Puebla. All staff were great. The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were a plus. The AC, hot water, and water pressure were a bonus.
The location was nice for walks. There are many things to see and do close by. Taxis are plentiful outside the hotel and quick drive to zocolo.
Should I return to Puebla, I would stay here again."

The elegant design uses wooden elements to blend pastoral style with colonial style. The aroma in the room is very good, I had a good rest, the sound insulation is good, the room is spacious, clean and brand new! The location is perfect for being quiet in the bustle and within walking distance to surrounding attractions. The hotel itself also has a spa experience with massages that are pretty good. The service staff were very enthusiastic and responsible. When we were leaving the hotel and waiting for the bus, a beggar approached us. The hotel security immediately came to protect us. We were very touched! Highly recommended!

The hotel is fine if you’re in town for a quick trip. It provides the basics you need—clean rooms and a decent place to rest. The breakfast is a bit limited and could be improved, and the service is just OK, nothing remarkable.
That said, everything else is fine, and I would still recommend it mainly because it’s clean and functional. A solid option for a short stay.

GGuest UserThe facilities of this hotel are not only perfect and practical, but also cleverly integrate with the rich Mexican characteristics, making people feel like they are in the warm American state when they step in. From the colorful woven tapestries hanging in the lobby, to the geometric-patterned clay ornaments in the guest rooms, to the carefully arranged cactus and Jiuzhongge in the courtyard, every detail conveys a unique cultural charm. Whether it is a spacious and comfortable room or a fully functional leisure area, it makes people feel the hotel's design intentions, which is highly recommended.
Breakfast is a highlight of this hotel, quite outstanding. The restaurant is filled with the aroma of fresh tortillas, and the buffet table is filled with authentic Mexican cuisine: golden and crisp tacos, dense black bean paste, salsa sauce with fresh avocado, and sweet hot chocolate. I personally like Mexican cuisine, where I can not only taste classic dishes, but also feel the freshness of the ingredients and the ingenuity of the chef.
That is why I think if I go to that city next time, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again without hesitation and continue to enjoy this unique Mexican style and intimate service.

Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit.
Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card
🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable
🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet
🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

GGuest UserThe Hotel was Very Clean and Safe!! The location was one block away from INM where i had to go to get my permanent residency here in Mexico. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room didn't have A/C but they brought me a very nice Fan. If i ever need to go back to that area of Puebla i will be staying there again!!

MMonicaPros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi.
Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed linen was fresh and the bathroom was always spotless.
It's not a fancy hotel but absolutely everything you need and more for short convenient stays in the heart of the city.
I felt safe walking around the area and there's a lot to do if you're interested in doing city visits etc.

BBeachBumThe hotel is in a great location near many places. The staff are very friendly. The only exception is the service at breakfast was not very good and the other reviews that said there was unlimited free hot chocolate and beverages is not true. The hotel has no onsite laundry which is disappointing and we had to change rooms because on the weekends there is a night club that is so loud that it can disturb your sleep all night long.
