You can stay in our “Home” away from home, “Casa Mar Vista” located in the prestigious gated community of VILLA DE LAS PALMAS only steps from the beach access and 2 miles from downtown San Felipe. The house has a single entrance which is then divided into two separate and private self contained units with attached oversized garage. THE LOWER unit includes 2 bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room and patio. The master bedroom is fully furnished with a king-size bed. The second bedroom is also fully furnished with a queen size bed. Both the kitchen and dining room are fully equipped. The living room includes a convertible bed and satellite TV/DVD. This unit has a small private patio with a BBQ and access to the oversized garage/laundry area.The UPPER unit has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room and private balcony. This unit includes two fully furnished master bedrooms both with their own bathrooms and queen sized beds. The third bedroom also fully furnished has a set of bunk beds and a queen size bed.
