"I stayed solo at Ibis Den Haag City Centre for 3 days and 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring The Hague, with shops, restaurants, and public transport all within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable for a short solo stay. The hotel also felt safe and well organized. One downside was that the bathroom was quite small, which made it a bit cramped. Additionally, the shower drain took a long time to clear, causing water to build up during showers. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable and good value for the location. Overall, a convenient and decent option for a short stay in The Hague."

"I couldn't check in because they couldn't find my booking and my name wasn't on their list. I've stayed at countless hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered such an issue. It took almost two hours to sort out, which was a huge waste of my time. Eventually, Trip.com found the hotel's internal booking number through an email the hotel sent me. Trip.com's handling was excellent; they upgraded me to a sea-view room and provided complimentary breakfast. Honestly, this wasn't Trip.com's fault, it was entirely the hotel's. The hotel gave me two drink vouchers and told me to wait in the restaurant, but after sitting there for ages, no one paid any attention to me. I showed them the vouchers, but no one asked what I wanted to drink. I asked for Wi-Fi and they gave me two long passwords, neither of which worked. The service was absolutely terrible. On the bright side, I did get to see a beautiful sunset from the room."

"What a great little spot. My room was spacious, the welcome warm (the receptionist gave me all the ins and outs is the city. Including some personal restaurant tips. The hotel is right of Chinatown. And walking distance to the city center. My room also opened up to a little courtyard! A great spot for a morning coffee. Bonus! I even got walked up to my room! Fantastic old school hospitality!"

"The hotel has a beautiful location with great views, and the scenery was one of the highlights of my stay. It’s definitely a place where you can enjoy the surroundings and relax. However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. The heating system was inconsistent and didn’t always work properly, which made the room quite cold at times. The elevator was also unreliable, sometimes working and sometimes not, which was inconvenient. In addition, the Wi-Fi was very slow. Thankfully, the staff provided a portable heater, which helped us manage the cold. While the location is excellent, there are some areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable."

"Pros: Good location with convenient transport. Only three tram stops (about 4 minutes) from The Hague Centraal, with the tram stopping right in front of the hostel. Friendly staff and free luggage storage (wardrobe near reception; avoid leaving valuables). Cons: Very very very strong smell in the bathroom (can’t bear it), and the shower had no cold water. Rooms are old. Narrow, spiral corridors make it difficult to carry large luggage. Traffic noise from trams outside lasts until late at night."

"Good experience. The service is good. The room is large and quite. The only problem is that the room is not that clean, but it is acceptable. If come another time, I'll still consider this hotel."

"A very beautiful hotel! The location is fantastic! The front desk and doorman services were also excellent! The only downside was that the room wasn't cleaned perfectly on the third day, but otherwise it was impeccable. It would be my first choice again if I ever came to The Hague!"

"Room was well kept. Coffee machine was not that good, nor very clean. The coffee machine downstairs used to be on for customers but it's been off for a long time now. The bathtub in the small room was a good bonus. Very quiet area and super central. Check-in was a bit slow despite people just chilling in the back😅"

"A new hotel. I booked this hotel because it was cheap and easy to get to by tram from The Hague. It's a 3-4 minute walk from the tram station. A self-check-in hotel using the touch panel. Because the hotel is basically unmanned, you need a password even to open the entrance door. I was told that the password was sent to me by email in advance, but I couldn't find it, so I pressed the intercom and a staff member opened it for me right away. They don't usually show themselves to guests, but it seems that there is a staff member somewhere in the hotel. It seems that they are operating with the bare minimum. There were basically no amenities, not even an internal line or a hair dryer. If you had any problems, you had to call someone's phone number. It was a beautiful hotel, so I was surprised that there was no hair dryer. I called to check, but it seems that they don't have one. Isn't it rare for a room without a hair dryer in a new hotel like this these days? There was a coffee maker, desk, and chair in the common area at the front desk. It was spacious and there were many of them, so it seemed like a good place to work. Drinks were charged. Even hot water was 2 euros. It was close to the sea, and it took 5 minutes to get there. It was nice to take a walk at dusk. There are many supermarkets in the area. The supermarket next door seems to be open until midnight."
