Scheveningen Hotels with Wifi

"I couldn't check in because they couldn't find my booking and my name wasn't on their list. I've stayed at countless hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered such an issue. It took almost two hours to sort out, which was a huge waste of my time. Eventually, Trip.com found the hotel's internal booking number through an email the hotel sent me. Trip.com's handling was excellent; they upgraded me to a sea-view room and provided complimentary breakfast. Honestly, this wasn't Trip.com's fault, it was entirely the hotel's. The hotel gave me two drink vouchers and told me to wait in the restaurant, but after sitting there for ages, no one paid any attention to me. I showed them the vouchers, but no one asked what I wanted to drink. I asked for Wi-Fi and they gave me two long passwords, neither of which worked. The service was absolutely terrible. On the bright side, I did get to see a beautiful sunset from the room."

"We were warmly welcomed at check-in. We arrived early, but we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room and go enjoy the sea. We had requested a double bed and a sea view, and we got both. To see the sea, we just had to look out the window to the left, which we didn't mind (the hotel doesn't have a direct sea view). The room was nice and clean, and spacious enough for the two of us. The shower was also great. The breakfast was very generous; multiple choices of bread and cereals, cold cuts and cheese, and a wide selection of sweet spreads. There were also boiled eggs every morning, and you could grab fruit or yogurt. We lacked nothing. We could comfortably sit outside to enjoy the sun, or indoors if it rained. All the staff were equally friendly and helpful; our compliments. We are definitely considering staying here again and would recommend it to our friends."

"I had a wonderful stay in The Hague! The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with lovely snacks and a handwritten welcome card, which was such a warm and thoughtful touch. Points for Improvement: • Room Temperature: My only concern was that there didn't seem to be any heating equipment in the room. It was quite cold indoors during the winter. • Breakfast: The breakfast selection was a bit limited and felt quite overpriced for what was offered. Overall, it is a lovely place to stay, but I would suggest checking the heating if you're visiting during the colder months."

"Prima grote schone kamer (eigen keuze), maar in de toilet nog een laatste papierrest niet doorgespoeld en een lange vrouwenhaar in de douchebak, iehhh! Bedden en kussens heerlijk! Ontbijt grandioos uitgebreid. Lokatie is dicht bij strand maar wel midden op een druk kruispunt, beetje ‘nouja-uitzicht’. Service receptie en restaurant super vriendelijk!"

"The staff were incredibly friendly! This is one of the few family-friendly hotels that truly lives up to its name. The rooms are spacious and clean, with plenty of room for both children to sleep comfortably. The bar is also very pleasant and offers entertainment for kids. Breakfast was good, and the option to leave our luggage was ideal!"

"A new hotel. I booked this hotel because it was cheap and easy to get to by tram from The Hague. It's a 3-4 minute walk from the tram station. A self-check-in hotel using the touch panel. Because the hotel is basically unmanned, you need a password even to open the entrance door. I was told that the password was sent to me by email in advance, but I couldn't find it, so I pressed the intercom and a staff member opened it for me right away. They don't usually show themselves to guests, but it seems that there is a staff member somewhere in the hotel. It seems that they are operating with the bare minimum. There were basically no amenities, not even an internal line or a hair dryer. If you had any problems, you had to call someone's phone number. It was a beautiful hotel, so I was surprised that there was no hair dryer. I called to check, but it seems that they don't have one. Isn't it rare for a room without a hair dryer in a new hotel like this these days? There was a coffee maker, desk, and chair in the common area at the front desk. It was spacious and there were many of them, so it seemed like a good place to work. Drinks were charged. Even hot water was 2 euros. It was close to the sea, and it took 5 minutes to get there. It was nice to take a walk at dusk. There are many supermarkets in the area. The supermarket next door seems to be open until midnight."

"My first time at the hotel was great. The second time, towels had a smell of some dog. After a shower, I also had a smell of that dog. When you go to shower you don't think about sniffing the towels, and then after shower you have no choice rather than just use what you have. Funny on one side, disgusting on the other. I understand that some guests can use towels to wipe their dogs, which is I think disrespectful to other guests, I would never do that, however hotel housekeeping stuff could notice this smell, and simply place normal ones. For some reason, they didn't do that. Just an advice: smell towels in the hotels BEFORE you go to shower! Somewhat disappointed."

"The staff was very helpful and kind.. As for the room quality, I was surprised to find that a king size bed was basically two single beds mushed together.. That's false claim. Another thing is that the parking space only supports around 30% of the rooms. I'd recommend for budget and emergency stay. "
