The room is spacious and I got the room looking out at the clock tower. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I booked the room, I was with my partner so I booked the room for 2. Afterwards he had to leave for a different place so eventually I stayed alone. I still don’t know what puzzled the girl at the reception as she asked for his ID card and I said no, he was leaving, I’d stay alone. Then she told me that I booked and paid the room for 2 people, yes, then what? The communication was not clear, I couldn’t understand if she was trying to tell me to change the room or not. My partner sent me off at the elevator and that was it. Amenities: great, well equipped as a standard Hilton Garden inn would be. The AC didn’t work well (or I didn’t know how to use it), and the fridge was warm so I couldn’t put anything in. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal."

"I mostly use Ctrip for business trips; it's very convenient and the service is excellent. If I encounter any problems while overseas, customer service responds quickly. The hotels are nice, and most importantly, very convenient—there's a large supermarket downstairs. I'll definitely choose Ctrip again for my next business trip; it's more than enough for my needs."

"The city is between Istanbul and Izmir. I stopped and I was happy for my stay. It was good specially with the Turkish hammam , free parking outside the hotel and good food . The only bad thing was the water of pool was a bit cold and WC in room smell bad. Thanks for hotel team."

"We had a good stay at this hotel. Unfortunately the aircon wasn’t working properly so it was quit warm in our room. Eventually at 23.30 they sent maintenance to our room to fix the problem. Eventhough it was hot we still enjoyed our stay. The spa was a nice experience and breakfast was perfect."

"The hotel is in the center of the city, close to the sights. Freely left the motorcycle for the night right near the hotel entrance. The accommodation is very fast. The hotel has an elevator. The room is clean, white and clean bedding and towels, towels are plenty enough. Sweet, delicious breakfast on the top floor."
