"Facility was quiet and comfortable. Had a good price. No issues. Appeared building had recently been acquired by new Owners. Lawn sprinkler was broke and sprayed into the same spot in the ground all night. Elevator door frame appeared to have been painted with the skill of a 5 year old. I hope they continue to fix these minor details."

"If you are going to Mayo Clinic, there is no better place to stay then Kahler Grand! It is connected to the clinic by the subway or a simple walk across the street. The rooms are clean, updated & very comfortable. Parking is also convenient & connected to the hotel. Restaurants are within the hotel, subway system or a short walk. Staff are always friendly, helpful & kind! Mayo wheelchairs are available for use ( to & from the clinic & in the hotel) if needed. There is a swimming pool & workout area also. "

"I’ve stayed here dozens of times. This stay we had no heat in our room. At checkout I told the front desk he should have maintenance check our room heater. I had a picture of the thermostat and showed him the air temp in the room was a chilly 62 degrees. He responded by saying they had turned off the boilers yesterday because it was warm outside. I told him that was ridiculous and wondered why they were not turned on again for the night. When I told him we woke in the middle of the night and we were cold, he simply stated we should have called the front desk and they would have brought us a space heater. I told him that’s ridiculous and 62-63 degrees is unacceptable. He offered no other solution, apology, or a credit of any sort. This is very disappointing as most of my other stays here were just fine."

"I did not realize Indigo was part of the IHG chain, but now are fully aware of the Indigo brand. The hotel check in was on the 2nd floor and parking was inconvenient with construction. The height into the covered parking was not very high. We were fortunate to find one of the last spots. The three different Indigo staff that we met were extremely friendly to meeting our needs. The hotel maid (room service attendant) also assisted us with additional needs. Our last night at the hotel. We witnessed about 25 college students carelessly riding the motorized scooter (Lime) in the streets disrupting traffic, pedestrians, and compromising safety of the city of Rochester for about 30 minutes. There was not a single law enforcement present after the incident. It not only affected Indigo, but also Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn. My bad for not taking a video of this."
