🏡 2. A Luxury Home-from-Home With Five-Star Comfort! 💎🌅 I absolutely loved this apartment. From the moment I walked in, everything felt fresh, immaculate and extremely well prepared. The linen smelled incredible—almost as though it had just been lightly sprayed with perfume. 😍 The apartment had everything I could possibly need, including kitchen utensils, two towels, drinking water and really strong Wi-Fi. The view was another major highlight. 🌅 Sitting back and enjoying it made the apartment feel much more expensive than a typical homestay. The check-in was simple, and the staff member who arranged everything was wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Just remember that this is more of a homestay/apartment experience than a traditional hotel. Different owners rent individual units in the building, so I would strongly recommend booking a specific apartment with good reviews rather than assuming every room will be identical. Having stayed in other units myself, this particular one was exceptional. The gorgeous beach is an easy walk away, with plenty of restaurants around the area. 🏖️ Things to do nearby: 🎢 Dragon Park — 300,000 VND/adult. � 💦 Typhoon Water Park — 350,000 VND/adult. � Sun World ❤️ I would happily stay here again—excellent for a few nights or an extended stay.

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the location was good. However, there's a slope, which makes walking around a bit difficult. Everything else was fine. The hotel management was excellent, and the breakfast was good.

This stay felt more like 4 star than 5 star. The service was excellent from the reception, with staff making a special effort to check we were happy with everything. Jenny in particular made an effort to visit guests during breakfast to check on everything. There was a strange group of guests staying there, when we arrived the place was crazy and noisy with children running everywhere. We are family and we would not allow this to happen in such a small space. Also we came across some quite rough looking guests... On a few different occasions... a bit daunting, and made us cautious about our stay there. I don't know why this was...very strange. The breakfast had a good selection, however I dont think the building itself us designed to allow for so many guests. It was so busy and hard to move around the buffet or get your food. The restaurant food was nice, the service was slow. We waited about 1 hour for our food whilst other guests who arrived after us were served before us. I guess Asian food is faster to cook but this wait does not make you feel valued. The rooftop pool is nice, but again very crowded. More of a drink and party atmosphere rather than quiet and relaxing. The area itself doesn't have much to explore. A few restaurants, but it's quite empty. However the location is very convenient for HaLong bay excursions. Overall the stay was okay, but I think next time we would stay in Hanoi and just do a day trip from there.

An Exceptional Stay at Vinpearl Resort Ha Long Bay ❤️ We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Vinpearl Resort Ha Long Bay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were wonderful, kind and incredibly helpful. A very special thank you to Linh, who went absolutely above and beyond for us. My husband requires strictly gluten-free food due to coeliac disease, and Linh personally helped us from the very first day through to our third day, making sure we were looked after and had suitable food. Her care and attention meant so much to us. Then, completely by accident, I left my passport locked in the hotel safe and didn’t realise until we were already around three hours away in Hanoi. I was so worried, but Linh immediately reassured me that my passport was safely secured in the hotel safe with 24/7 camera security. She then went above and beyond again, organising for my passport to be delivered all the way to me in Hanoi the very next day. I honestly cannot thank Linh enough. She was one of the most beautiful, caring and genuinely helpful people we met during our entire trip to Vietnam. She made us feel safe, cared for and incredibly well looked after. Linh, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are an absolute credit to Vinpearl. ❤️ We would highly recommend Vinpearl Resort Ha Long Bay and will absolutely return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Initially, when we first arrived, I didn't really understand what kind of place it was. There is a construction site around, fences on the way to the beach, a disco on the beach at night, to which we didn't immediately understand how to get. But then I appreciated all the advantages of the location of this hotel. 5 minutes in one direction and you are in the European restaurant Papa's. 5 minutes in the other and you are on the beach with a shower. There are several supermarkets nearby, if you need to buy more, you can take a taxi to Winmart. Of the entertainment nearby attractions, you can also try yourself in a nearby casino, and go on a sea cruise on Halong Bay. Just wonderful. We wanted to stay for a week, but we decided to extend our stay for more. The fact that many hotels around are closed is wonderful! But the beach is empty, by the way, no sand fleas were found on it. And a lot of cafes and restaurants with delicious food in any direction of the coast. We didn't make a mistake with the choice of place! As for the staff and the hotel itself, it is very friendly and polite. Cleanliness is fine, but I don't advise eating in the room so that there are no midges. There is water in the shower dripping on the floor in the toilet, but for this I will not lower the rating, for me this minus is insignificant. The beds are hard, but not a problem: in the closet you will find additional blankets that you can put for softness. In general, my recommendations! I'm glad we've been here

Great view great room, spacious and modern. The gym was fantastic, exceeded my expectation. I ordered room service for ox tail soup which was the best I have tasted so far. The only downside is the fridge was leaking water. Other than this everything elsewas working great.

Great location, and the front desk staff were incredibly patient and could communicate in English. Anything we needed was promptly delivered to our room. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It's very close to Sun World theme park, and about a 30-minute drive to the pier. There's a restaurant right across the street from the hotel, which made dining very convenient. Everything was excellent, except for the lack of laundry service and the double bed being a bit small.

Had an incredible stay! The atmosphere was so welcoming—I met so many people in the common kitchen and at the nightly pub crawl. Everything was spotless, including the shared bathrooms. The staff were super helpful with local tips. Highly recommend for solo travellers!

Location is good. Breakfast is also good. There were a lot of guests there so access to elevator spent more time than usual.
