"We have asked some specific services but they failed every time, such as asked extras towel to cleaning people when they clean the room. They only provide one large towel for two adults initially. Stayed thee nights, they failed everytime. Tv was not working, i asked someone front desk to reset tv.. never happened."

"The location was good and the room was quiet, but one of the bed legs was tilted, and one side of the mattress was sunken. Because I booked it for a low price, I didn't complain to the front desk. The business breakfast was good, but the content was somewhat disappointing. While it may have been a structural issue, the soundproofing was below expectations, as people talking in the hallway was loud enough."

"The service is OK, the room supplies are OK, I brought my child there, the staff was very nice to the child, gave him yogurt and biscuits. But the check-in time is too late, the latest check-in time in China is 2 o'clock, but this one is 6 o'clock, no earlier, unless you pay extra (10,000 per hour)"
