"I have stayed in some top hotels. This is undoubtedly the overseas hotel with the best value for money and the best service I have ever stayed in. It includes free park tickets. Other hotels pick up from the airport by shuttle bus or the like. This one is a Model Every employee around the clock is enthusiastic and serious. They also speak the best English among the Ten Days Inn in Mexico."

"I left the Maya Riviera hotel on the morning of November 14, and when I checked in and left the hotel, I found that I had about 300 dollars less in my wallet. The thing is: I took a taxi to the hotel when I checked in, I paid the fare in cash dollars, so I remember there were a few hundred dollars in my wallet, and the hotel was all inclusive, so I didn't have any cash consumption during my stay. I left the hotel in the morning to go to the airport because I had to take a taxi, I wanted to prepare the dollar cash in advance, and when I opened my wallet I found that there were thirty dollars in the cockroach. During my stay at the hotel, my wallet was in my bag and my bag was on the hotel room table. During this period, the service staff of the hotel cleaning room can enter my room and take the dollars in my wallet. Because I had to catch a plane in the morning, I told the hotel staff that I didn't have time to call the police. Traveling to Mexico still has to pay attention to property and personal safety."

"The property was amazing. You feel like you're in a paradise in the middle of the jungle. The food was great and the service was top notch. Only thing was some people had a bit too much fun at the pool and had accidents that made everyone evacuate the pool for cleaning, but there are other pools and lagoons that you can relax in to make up for it. Make sure you try the fish tacos at the restaurant by the beach and the roof vegan restaurant was also great for breakfast. Also make sure you go to XPLOR.... it's so well made... and we had the most fun there. We regret going to Xelha... you go there in the morning and you're stuck there until 4pm where as XPLOR you can go back an forth freely. We regret not trying the other parks that were a part of the resort."

"Our stay was beautiful, I will not deny that. However it was not without a few letdowns. I am a woman who is all about a pool and was so excited to swim in the absolutely gorgeous pool I saw in all the photos online. I visited the week of Jan 1- Jan 7th and the weather was quite warm about 75 degrees every day. HOWEVER, the pool was absolutely FREEZING to the point where I was shivering being in it. Felt like an ICE BATH :( It was not enjoyable and with this being a secluded/ all inclusive hotel there weren't very much other forms of entertainment during the day except for the pool and the beach (the water was warm at the beach). It was so disappointing. I called the front desk to ask if anything could be done but they stated was no pool heater/temperature adjuster. We paid about 4 grand total for this trip and to be completely honest were only able to enjoy the pool once. My next complaint comes to the beach. We went to the beach which gets pretty bus. There was a day where every single chair was full and two of the hotel cabanas were being taken over by random street vendors - taking away two spots for the guests from the 100% packed beach area. These guys were NOT a part of the hotel and are the vendors who go around trying to sell cigars, etc. I watched the staff pass by them multiple times and say nothing while ACTUAL GUESTS had nowhere to lounge by the beach. That was very disappointing as these guys were laughing loudly, staring at guests, and did not move as people walked by looking for chairs. Other than that I will admit that the food was great, the staff was super nice, the hotel grounds were IMPECCABLE, the rooms were nice, everything else was quite lovely. But for the reasons listed I will not be staying at this all inclusive again, although you can still make the most of it and have a lovely experience overall. I'd recommend a stay if you're not going for the main reason of enjoying the pool and the beach."

"The hotel was incredible and very stylish. The room was absolutely amazing. The ammenities, the services were exceptional. Also the food and drinks were really high level. The staff was very professional. We really enjoyed our honeymoon there. The staff did the best to make it special and unforgettable. The only negative was the huge amount of sargassum at Maroma Beach. The hotel cleaned its beach side every morning and they did a really good job, however the neighbour hotel, Catalonia did not. I felt very sorry for their guests who had to smell all day long the rotten sargassum. "

"Location was perfect, also parking for the car. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was les to our preference, bc we don’t eat many things, we love to have a buffet style. Anyhow, they were very nice and tried to help in anyway they could. The condo was amazing, including the kitchen, the living room and bathroom. The only thing is that we got soap, shampoo and the rest only the first day ( out of 5) will definitely come back and recommend."

"The hotel itself was very good, but At first, they said it was a deposit and I paid 1000 pesos with my credit card, and when I asked to cancel the deposit when checking out, they said there was no record of the payment. My card statement clearly shows the record. The front desk was completely ignorant, saying there was no record of the payment. Then they suddenly changed and treated me very rudely. After making me wait for about 20 minutes, they said It was an environmental tax. From the beginning, there was no mention of an environmental tax, it was a deposit, but they changed their words. I lost all trust. It was completely bad."
