"The hotel is very new overall, and the decor is quite upscale. The service is excellent, and the room directly faces the water park, offering a fantastic view. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities are also very new. Breakfast was diverse, and we paid an additional 49 yuan for two adults and one child. The swimming pool and hot spring on the upper floor were quite clean, and great for photos, perfect for families with kids. The shower area even had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. However, the room isn't very spacious, but considering everything, the value for money is still pretty good. Overall, it was a great experience."

"The hotel is just ok but the location is good. We arrived late and the front desk was empty. We Waited and called for front desk service. Check-In was fast and friendly. The entrance is in an office building down a side street so it’s not logical to find, waiting 10 minutes for the elevator. It’s close to the train station which is great. "Facilities: All OK, relatively smart. Environment: Newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Service: Overall, it's quite good, but there are some gaps in the management process. I had booked a high-speed rail ticket back to Shenyang, so I went downstairs to check out early. While waiting in line, both reception desks were busy with guests, including wedding inquiries and group check-ins. Even though there were staff available, they didn't approach to ask if anyone needed anything. Since I had to rush to the station to check out, I had to hand over my belongings to the delivery guy who had pre-ordered them. The hotel receptionist told me I couldn't keep them at the front desk and told me to wait at the hotel. After repeated requests, I asked another colleague, who directly told me they could keep them. I left my contact information and asked to staple them to my pocket in case I took the wrong item. The receptionist told me they didn't have a stapler. The check-out service was completely resistant to customer requests. I don't know what was going on, and I was in a hurry to leave, which was really frustrating."

"Flying to Shanghai on June 15th, and then driving all the way home, Jinzhou was the perfect last stop! Jinzhou truly warmed our hearts. Cindy at the hotel was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our children's needs. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and our stay was very comfortable; we felt right at home. The bubble tea shop even gave us an extra drink! As this trip draws to a close, we'll cherish the beautiful sights and warm memories, looking forward to our next adventure. 🍀🍭"

The staff are very enthusiastic and helpful. The room itself was quite comfortable, though the soundproofing isn't great. Overall, it's pretty good."

"Honestly, it was incredibly uncomfortable. The so-called "Presidential Suite" was completely, utterly, utterly not soundproof! Our family of five—my parents and 22-month-old baby—booked the most expensive suite and double room for their comfort, but it was completely unsound. Around 1 AM, the people next door started showering and running water, followed by a woman's loud shouting. The baby woke up and cried, and my parents and I were also awakened. We were all incredibly embarrassed, enduring the noise until after 3 AM. It was truly a case of paying the highest price for a disgusting night! Other aspects were okay, though. There was no dedicated parking, so we had to find a spot on the street nearby. The service was unsatisfactory. We paid extra for a room with breakfast included, which started at 7 AM. When we went downstairs before 8 AM, the milk was gone. "The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was excellent! We arrived at the hotel at 2 AM. The front desk lady was so enthusiastic, helping us find a parking spot and even upgrading our room in the middle of the night! The service was truly fantastic! We stayed for 3 consecutive nights. The bedding was very clean, and the pillows were quite comfortable! It really changed my impression of Orange Hotels. The Crystal room after the upgrade was indeed very nice! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yanji!!!"

"Stayed for two nights. The environment is pretty good. There are not many people. TV Sony. Coffee from Starbucks. The room was huge. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The environment is nice. Stayed in the cheapest room but it was ok. There is no bathtub. I didn't take the complimentary bath. But the breakfast was ok. Not many types. But it's enough to eat. Very cost-effective"
