"Facilities: The hotel's facilities are very new. You can talk directly to the smart Xiaoke. The electric curtains have a super good blackout effect and the decoration is very tasteful. Hygiene: I went there relatively early, but the house was already tidied up and the bathroom was very clean. The thing that bothers me most about staying is that the bathroom is not clean. You won’t have such worries here. It’s super clean. Environment: The environment is great. They are all real photos. We are two adults with two children. It is not very convenient. Across the road is Beacon Hill and Water World Scenic Area. We can change clothes directly at the hotel and go to Water World to play. There is no need to go there. It’s so convenient to change again Service: The front desk of the hotel thoughtfully prepared a tide table. In fact, you can see the high and low tides at the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told us where to take a taxi and how much it cost to avoid us being in trouble. This is really good. We can drive more next time. It’s a great hotel to stay for a few days. It also has a parking lot and is very convenient to drive to. I highly recommend Jinzhou Manke Hotel. It’s really great."

"Room was good, clean, nice shower. Some kind of AI assistant. Service was excellent - the front desk was helpful taking care of a small issue, the manager even followed up in person the following day. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had. The only downside would be the room sound insulation during construction - we were unlucky enough to stay in the room beside a couple who apparently didn't need to sleep, talking through most of the night. We had the fan on to help deal with it, and when we awoke at 3 or 4am to more arguing/talking, banging on the wall seemed to quiet them down."

"The stay was a terrible experience. The room smelled musty as soon as I opened the door, and it took a long time to get a better smell after opening the window. The TV didn't have a remote; the staff said it was broken and couldn't be used. The air conditioner was unplugged, so I had to plug it back in myself, and the remote didn't work properly. The sheets were dirty, with hair, dust, and oil spots. The duvet cover was dirty inside. When I asked for a replacement, they refused, saying it was always like that. I got angry, and only then did they change it, saying it was a cheap room and I should just bear with it for one night. What, did my money grow on trees? It was ridiculous! Because we have a child, we asked for an extra pillow, but they didn't provide one. There was a large patch on the headboard. The kettle was hidden under the bedside table; you couldn't find it unless you looked carefully. There were toiletries, but the toothbrush and straw were flimsy. The bath towels were wet; the staff said they were sprayed on during cleaning. Absolutely ridiculous! Shouldn't they be put away after cleaning? There was dust everywhere. I definitely won't stay here again, and it's not worth recommending."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was excellent! We arrived at the hotel at 2 AM. The front desk lady was so enthusiastic, helping us find a parking spot and even upgrading our room in the middle of the night! The service was truly fantastic! We stayed for 3 consecutive nights. The bedding was very clean, and the pillows were quite comfortable! It really changed my impression of Orange Hotels. The Crystal room after the upgrade was indeed very nice! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yanji!!!"

"How do I put this? The facilities and service just don't match up. For such a large resort with a kids' pool and a children's play area, it's really hard to understand why there are no kids' toiletries, slippers, or bathrobes provided. There was no one to greet us, and we had to carry our own luggage up and down stairs everywhere. The overall experience was really poor, and the service wasn't great either. Quite dissatisfied overall."
