"Traveling with friends, I agree that this new 4.0 Hanting is a dark horse for Jinzhou accommodation! Downstairs, Jialehui Cinema, supermarket, restaurant are fully covered, leisure and entertainment are done in one stop; walk to Linghe Night Market, a variety of barbecues and specialty snacks are dazzling. The sound insulation of the room is online, although it is close to the business district, the house is very quiet. The buffet breakfast is full of hot dishes, noodles, porridge, and side dishes. You can eat in the morning and then start the whole day."

"My husband always stays here when he travels for work, and he recommended this place for our family trip as well. We were very satisfied; the food was good and inexpensive, with excellent value for money. The breakfast was also great—clean and hygienic. My son ate two servings of stir-fried cold noodles. Most importantly, the service was excellent. Coffee can be taken away, and breakfast is also available for early departure. They even serve porridge late at night, perfect for kids who don't eat well at regular meals. Overall, we were very satisfied."

"Facilities: All OK, relatively smart. Environment: Newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Service: Overall, it's quite good, but there are some gaps in the management process. I had booked a high-speed rail ticket back to Shenyang, so I went downstairs to check out early. While waiting in line, both reception desks were busy with guests, including wedding inquiries and group check-ins. Even though there were staff available, they didn't approach to ask if anyone needed anything. Since I had to rush to the station to check out, I had to hand over my belongings to the delivery guy who had pre-ordered them. The hotel receptionist told me I couldn't keep them at the front desk and told me to wait at the hotel. After repeated requests, I asked another colleague, who directly told me they could keep them. I left my contact information and asked to staple them to my pocket in case I took the wrong item. The receptionist told me they didn't have a stapler. The check-out service was completely resistant to customer requests. I don't know what was going on, and I was in a hurry to leave, which was really frustrating."

"Honestly, it was incredibly uncomfortable. The so-called "Presidential Suite" was completely, utterly, utterly not soundproof! Our family of five—my parents and 22-month-old baby—booked the most expensive suite and double room for their comfort, but it was completely unsound. Around 1 AM, the people next door started showering and running water, followed by a woman's loud shouting. The baby woke up and cried, and my parents and I were also awakened. We were all incredibly embarrassed, enduring the noise until after 3 AM. It was truly a case of paying the highest price for a disgusting night! Other aspects were okay, though. There was no dedicated parking, so we had to find a spot on the street nearby. The service was unsatisfactory. We paid extra for a room with breakfast included, which started at 7 AM. When we went downstairs before 8 AM, the milk was gone. "Cleanliness: The carpet was absolutely filthy and caked with grime. There were cockroach-sized bugs crawling on the floor and walls, and even in the bedding, not to mention stray hairs everywhere. Facilities: The furniture was falling apart; table and chair legs were wobbly, clearly held together by scraps of paper stuffed into the screw holes as makeshift repairs. Large sections of paint were peeling off the walls, and the room was leaking water. The staff informed us that none of the rooms have window screens, with the absurd justification that 'you don't need to open windows for ventilation.' Ambiance: The entire building felt like it hadn't been updated since the 1980s. The air conditioning emitted a strange, foul odor, and the room itself reeked of decades of accumulated grease and stale smells. Service: The staff's attitude was appalling. We were told, 'you can't view a room unless you've booked it,' and 'no cancellations.' Even when the booking platform clearly stated free cancellation within 30 minutes, they flat-out refused, saying 'we won't allow it.' When questioned about anything, the answer was consistently 'NO, NO, NO.' It felt less like a hotel and more like an unwelcoming, run-down guesthouse from the 80s. The room had a persistent water leak that dripped and gurgled throughout the night, alternating between a steady trickle and an annoying drip, keeping me awake. At check-out, I overheard other guests complaining about similar water leaks in their rooms. How on earth did this place get a four-star rating?"
