I cannot recommend hotel Casaly enough! The staff were incredible and genuinely helpful. They really do an amazing job at connecting and getting to know their guests. We felt so cared for. The room was incredible and was cleaned multiple times a day. The pool was great to have in the city. The products they provided for us were of a great quality. This is worth the money!

Staff were super nice! Location is kinda far from the main cities but that’s why they have so much on property to do. Purpose is to stay at resort and use amenities. Beautiful resort and our room was perfect for our honeymoon plus amazing views. We love paddle boarding and paddled every day we were there since it was included in our stay. We also had a couples massage at spa which was amazing. Food on property is delicious especially breakfast. Drinks and snacks at pool were great and affordably priced which is rare at 5 star hotels. I highly recommend!

Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way.

Koxyli is in a very nice, quiet part of the island. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean and had all needed amenities. Stavros is maybe the best host I have ever had. He is kind, attentive, helpful, and is willing to make your stay comfortable however he can. I 1000% recommend staying here

Staff were excellent, friendly, polite, always willing to help and guide. Big shout out to Evelyn - fountain of knowledge! Breakfast plentiful , regularly topped up. Only downside was occasional ‘ greedy’ guest who thought it ok to load plates . Pool was superb, pool bar was never rammed so seating plentiful. Always choice of sun beds. Parking is opposite hotel - if coming from Skala it is on right hand side ( sharp turn down slope). Great value for money . We had sea view room which was spacious, always cleaned . Decent size balcony . Recommendation - all guests to be shown pool rules including no diving and don’t take drinks glasses to your sunbed

The property is located in Lassi, very close to Argostoli. It can be reached from the main road in Lassi, where there are markets, restaurants, bars, etc. To reach the property from the main road, you have to climb a steep hill of about 700-800 meters, so you'll need a car or motorbike. Otherwise, for those who are more energetic, you can walk, but it's quite tiring. However, Lassi has many beautiful sandy beaches. Furthermore, Kefalonia is very large, and the property's central location allows you to reach even the most distant destinations (Skala, Sami, Fiskarso, etc.) by car in 20-30 minutes. The rooms are spacious. The only downside, for those who like to sleep in the dark, is that there are no shades on the windows and French windows, so a lot of light comes in early in the morning. The pool and bar area are beautiful, always quiet (at least during this period).
