"Great place to stay in Fremantle - you can't get any more central than this place! Rooms were immaculate, staff very friendly, prices were relatively high but apparently normal for the Perth region. Breakfast was included but not very generous. As it is right in the centre of Fremantle - there are quite a few better breakfasts around only metres away, but obviously at additional cost. Would rate this five out if five if they made a bit more effort with the breakfasts!"

"Loved everything about our stay. The hotel is stunning and very well place to be convenient . Walking distance to everything you need. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Nothing seemed to be a bother for them. The rooms were comfy and very clean. Bed was so comfy and the pillows too. If I had to make a negative it would be there is no full length mirror and the bathroom lighting isn't the greatest for putting on makeup, but the ambience was very romantic and relaxing. The extras that are included -like the mini bar and the welcome drink in the restaurant bar are a lovely touch as well."

"The room looked clean and was comfortable, but don’t be fooled—I spotted a few cockroaches in the room and at the rooftop hangout area. The lift was not working throughout my stay, so I had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs without any assistance. A male staff member even walked past me during checkout without offering help—I had to ask, and he still delayed helping until I was almost at the bottom. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, and I had to remind reception to get the room cleaned on some days."

"Приехали к отелю и поцеловали замок, хорошо,что на двери был звонок и нам на него ответили и не надо было звонить с телефона, так как у нас не было местной симки. Но все равно с нашим английским было немного не комфортно при заселении. Но сам отель красивый и очень уютный. Номер огромный. Завтрак вкусный. Ещё неприятность - при выселении надо было доплатит 45 баксов"

"The environment here is beautiful. We stayed in a sunrise room, but didn't wake up early enough to catch the view. I think a sunset room would offer a better view. Parking costs extra, and you have to move your car after check-out. There are plenty of restaurants nearby."

"You wouldn’t know it was here if you didn’t have instructions to find it. In a nice location on Henry/High St the room as a good size and very clean. I checked in with a key box and checked out with a key drop which worked perfectly, but I never saw anyone in the reception area during the whole stay."

"The room was clean and comfortable. There was a nice balcony as well. Was given a complimentary upgrade which was a thoughtful gesture! Parking was sheltered as well which was great, especially for rainy weather. Highly recommend this location! One small downside was that the aircon was making a ticking sound throughout the night, might want to consider using earplugs"
