"💯 The experience truly exceeded my expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, close to Hatchobori Station. Just a few steps outside and you have plenty of food and shopping options, and getting to attractions by streetcar is no problem at all. The biggest surprise was the in-room amenities – it actually included a private washer-dryer combo and a microwave! After a few days of travel, you don't have to accumulate a pile of dirty clothes; they come out clean and perfectly dry, which is so convenient. The room design is modern and clean, and the mattress is really comfortable. I highly recommend it for both solo travelers and those on longer trips. I'll definitely consider this place again next time I visit Hiroshima!"

"Best for families, esp if you are driving to Hiroshima. 1. Kids loved the bunk beds & the stairs- spacious, clean, comfortable, super fun! So much space to chill & unwind. 2. Lower Deck beds- big & comfortable, charging points on the sides, mirrors on sides too. 3. Washing machine within the unit- save money without needing coin laundry. Easy to wash clothes. 4. We got clean towels everyday( you can choose not to accept) 5. Carpark space right outside Hotel so you can move luggages easily & quickly. Love this & will stay in other Fav Hotels in Japan too!"

"Pros: 1. Excellent location. 2. Service was very good. 3. The hotel is quite new. 4. All basic facilities are well-equipped. 5. Breakfast was very rich and varied. 6. They were very accommodating to our two adults and two children. We booked the room for adults, and only had to pay a small difference and buy children's breakfast upon check-in, which was really great. Cons: 1. The hotel's parking lot is very small and often full. The other two parking lots are quite far, so we just found another parking spot nearby. 2. Dinner on December 30th (New Year's Eve price) for two adults and two children was 21,000 JPY, but the food was really mediocre. Compared to the excellent breakfast and lunch, it was a bit disappointing. Breakfast and lunch, however, were both very good and highly recommended. 3. I've stayed at three Hilton hotels in Japan (Tokyo Disney, Hiroshima, Nagasaki), and none of them have a consistent policy for children. It's always best to call or email ahead to confirm when staying with kids. However, this hotel's extra charge was minimal, which was very considerate."

"The hotel room is spacious, clean, and equipped with basic amenities such as kitchenette which is really convenient for our family of 5. There’s also huge bathtub, and the beds also very comfy. Walking distance to bus and streetcar stations. Would recommend other travelers to stay here if you’re planning to come to Hiroshima."

"The location is very good, convenient to find, there is a convenience store downstairs, the room is clean and tidy, meticulous, the standard is very high, the front desk attitude is particularly good! Traveling with my mother, my mother and I are very satisfied."

"It is about 25 minutes walk from Hiroshima Station. Note that the laundry is on the roof, but you need to take the elevator up to 8 times and then climb the emergency stairs outside. The price is 500 yen for washing ～ and 100 yen for drying ～."

"It was all good. It would have been nicerto be closer to center but I guess I could have checked. The only problem, there was misunderstanding with the prepayment so I got charged twice and I am waiting on Trip.com to fix the issue"

"Hotel is a bit far from Hiroshima Station..but near Hiroshima Bus Terminal.. There is 7-11 downstairs.. There is a tram downstairs for one minute.. But the sound is a bit awkward next door.. Someone has been a little awkward upstairs at 12 o'clock in the evening.. In the evening, the hotel will come out with lights.. I will also turn off.. There are d eyes.. Overall ok"
