I give much credit to the exceptional service provided by the Front desk team and housekeeping. They have been well trained and follow-up, as and when required. It is one of those few properties which I have experienced, as a global traveller, where it was difficult to leave.
As foreign guests are also using the hotel, I would recommend basic English classes be provided to help in the delivery of the service. Thank you.

AAnonymous UserThe surroundings are quite convenient, and the room size is decent by Japanese standards. There are many complimentary services offered at various times. The large public bath is also very nice. There's a washing machine and dryer for 500 yen.

Jjhleite2The capsule room has a large space for the bed, but maybe not enough for storage, depending on the bag you bring. AC worked fine and air circulation was decent. Expect the same noise and disturbance from the hallway lights as any capsule hotel, which is not a problem for me. The shared bathrooms were clean and furnished with amenities. The hotel offers towels, slippers and sleepwear, and gives another kit for gusts staying for more than one night. Breakfast didn't have too many options but had enough for me as a Westerner. Location of this hotel is perfect, 2 or 3 blocks from the main Hiroshima station. This hotel was good for the price paid and I'll certainly stay there again if possible.

11331196****After all, it's a high-end IHG hotel, so the facilities are very complete. Although the room isn't huge, it has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. There are many 24-hour convenience stores nearby, and it's also very convenient for dining and business meals. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. If I travel to Changdao again for business, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

GGuest UserThe room is very spacious and can be fully opened for two people to carry their luggage. The TV can also be connected to the phone to play videos. In addition, the kitchenette in the room is fully equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker. There is no need to worry about being hungry at night and having nothing to eat.
The toilet bathtub is also very spacious. After buying a few packs of bath detergent nearby, taking a bath every night has become a mandatory action! Plus the washing machine in the toilet, all facilities are very convenient!
Most of the front desk staff can speak simple English, and there is no problem with basic communication. The enthusiasm and smiles of the staff are also worthy of praise!
At this price, the hotel’s CP value is really high! Will definitely come again next time!

GGuest UserI chose Fav Hotel because I wanted a group of 4 friends to stay comfortably, so I chose this hotel with a large room. There are also washing machines, microwave ovens, cooking stoves and tableware in the room, which can fully meet the needs of people with cooking and laundry needs. However, the hotel is a bit far from JR Hiroshima Station. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk and the convenience store takes about 5 minutes to walk.
To sum up the hotel overall is very good.
