"Absolutely excellent time and stay at the Ramada the room was stunning and excellent guest service. But the swimming pool was extremely cold in the winter and gym too small ....no salon massage available and only one tiny shop. There should be more shops in the hotel and a small office where people can change current.....no international cash pointi Lile standard chartered. But other than that it was lovely and clean enjoyed our time there it was very well spent"

"The rooms are nice. Wooden flooring. Housekeeping staff is friendly and took particular of my room as I am very finicky about cleanliness and do no want even a speck of hair around. The understood my needs and cleaned the room thoroughly. Reception staff are ok. Had a few issues in the beginning but then were sorted. Mr.Bilal was helpful and nice from the front office. The restaurant La Messa breakfast needs revamping. Staff are very slow and needed to be reminded about things many times. They need to pay more attention to cleanliness and ensure replenishment of food done. The GRM Mrs Khalida was great. She tries very hard to make things better and takes feedback proactively. She was always on the move and helpful. I would like to thank her. Please also commend the housekeeping staff on the 2nd floor who looked after my room. They were awesome. I forgot their names but they were always on the 2nd floor in the day time. Look forward to my next visit to this hotel in a week's time."

"I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing."

"The hotel has a great location, conveniently close to Lahore Airport, and the premises felt very secure with several security checks before reaching the lobby. I was warmly greeted by a hotel representative who picked me up and took me to the hotel. Both the buffet breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The staff across all areas, including the reception and restaurant, were very respectful and helpful. I want to especially mention Muhammad Arslan, who stood out for his attentiveness and dedication to serving all guests with the utmost care. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the prayer hall is located in an awkward and unclean area. I noticed a family struggling to find a suitable place to pray, and the staff was not even aware of the Qibla direction. They ended up praying in the executive room, which was not ideal. Secondly, the café and restaurant lacked alternatives like almond or soy milk, which is important for guests with allergies. Some in-room amenities, like the dental kit, were missing at check-in and appears the second day after the room makeup. The swimming pool ladder felt weak and was not deep enough, which could be a safety concern. Additionally, the iron in the room was dirty, broken, and leaking water, which made it difficult to use. Overall, I had a pleasant stay but hope these points will be addressed to enhance the guest experience further."
