"hardly 2 mins walk from mmalam (the famous street of lahore) had an amazing stay with breakfast and dinner rooftop services. Staff is quite cooperative. Food is fine and you can easily reach to any point in lahore from this location."

"The hotel has spacious deluxe rooms, a pool on the rooftop, and a small gym. The best thing about the hotel is the buffet breakfast. It was so delicious we wokup at 6:30 am in anticipation of a wonderful breakfast. The service was great and the laundry service is same day. I recommend to anyone interested in being around good food options, a mall and not far from the airport."

"The room was good, just a standard twin. There's a bellhop on the first floor to help with luggage, which is nice, but the front desk being on the fourth floor is a bit inconvenient. The room was quiet and soundproofed well, though the air conditioning was a little noisy, even if it worked perfectly. Housekeeping was good too, with daily service. Just a heads-up: laundry service is only available before 10 AM, and clothes are returned by 7 PM. If you drop off laundry between 10 AM and 12 PM, there's a 50% surcharge, and after 12 PM, it's 100%."

"This hotel is actually a detached villa in downtown Lahore. There was no breakfast on the Internet at the scheduled time. I did not expect that breakfast was quite rich, and it was delivered to the room. During the period, a kettle was broken and repaired in time. It's comfortable to drink some hot water."

"The room service and laundry were really efficient. Although they have some run down older rooms, there are also large beautiful rooms available with hairdryer and wardrobe. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was decent. The downside was no hot water. "

"The rooms are nice. Wooden flooring. Housekeeping staff is friendly and took particular of my room as I am very finicky about cleanliness and do no want even a speck of hair around. The understood my needs and cleaned the room thoroughly. Reception staff are ok. Had a few issues in the beginning but then were sorted. Mr.Bilal was helpful and nice from the front office. The restaurant La Messa breakfast needs revamping. Staff are very slow and needed to be reminded about things many times. They need to pay more attention to cleanliness and ensure replenishment of food done. The GRM Mrs Khalida was great. She tries very hard to make things better and takes feedback proactively. She was always on the move and helpful. I would like to thank her. Please also commend the housekeeping staff on the 2nd floor who looked after my room. They were awesome. I forgot their names but they were always on the 2nd floor in the day time. Look forward to my next visit to this hotel in a week's time."

"Absolutely excellent time and stay at the Ramada the room was stunning and excellent guest service. But the swimming pool was extremely cold in the winter and gym too small ....no salon massage available and only one tiny shop. There should be more shops in the hotel and a small office where people can change current.....no international cash pointi Lile standard chartered. But other than that it was lovely and clean enjoyed our time there it was very well spent"
