"The location was great! The staff was fine, not extra attentive and friendly but would still be helpful if asked. The water pressure wasn’t the best in the shower but still duable. I loved my room with the view of the forest from my balcony. Overall, good stay!"

You can immediately tell that they work with passion here. I was particularly impressed by how lovingly and professionally the staff took care of us – truly first-class service! The atmosphere at the resort is fantastic, quiet, and relaxing – exactly the right place to unwind and enjoy your time. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and simply made you feel good. I was completely happy and satisfied with my stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful time – I would love to come back again!"

"Very nice hotel with a superb view! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the port, which is very useful. The staff are incredibly friendly; we received a wonderful welcome with all the necessary explanations. They are easy to reach and perfectly meet all expectations! The restaurant is expensive but high quality and boasts a great view. Alternatively, there's an affordable restaurant right next door. The view is fantastic, but beware if you have reduced mobility; there are many steps between the beach, pool, rooms, and restaurant. Furthermore, it's a shame that you have to pay for snorkeling masks or other activities. For a hotel of this caliber, even outside an all-inclusive package, these should be complimentary. Regarding the cleanliness of the rooms, we believe it could have been better. A ferry ticket belonging to another guest was stuck on a wall, there was quite a bit of dust, and a dead gnat in the bathroom wasn't cleaned for three days. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay! We recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is like a secret paradise with a private beach super quiet and calm away from the street noise. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The only bad thing was the other guests coming back home drunk at 4am shouting like no one else was sleeping..."
