Amazing
I stayed one week there and appreciated every day. - Lonely island feeling far from the world. It's a must to stay to avoid the crowd of 11am/2pm and have a chunk of paradise for yourself outside those hours. Particularly to avoid the queue to climb the hill. - Amazing sunset and view from the top of the hill every day. - The staff was so caring and nice. Particularly mister Tei and miss Been while I became sick the last day. - Diving center right on your doorstep. - free shuttle boat to Koh Tao every day if you miss the civilization - every bungalow have good orientation for the view. - internet was ok. - The shower pressure might bother some but it's not a problem under this weather. It would be better to start to pay attention of the effect of the crowd on the nature to preserve it though. The people coming for 2/3h are so careless(i saw shoes, straw, bottles...even socks! Forgotten) Maybe best to raise the price of the room and only allow resort resident to enter, to control the flow of people on the island without losing revenue.

The hotel is located near the village's lively main street. However, there's no noise at all. We stayed in Bungalow 5. This cabin is better located than the others because it has no neighbors on one side and a view of the jungle. You have to climb up a fairly steep slope to get to Boho. It's a very small plot, but it's worth the effort. The cabins are brand new, very pleasant, and aesthetically pleasing. They're small. There's plenty of space for two, as there's a small veranda where you can comfortably sit on ottomans and drink tea. The bathroom is small. There wasn't enough room for a sink. We brushed our teeth in the sink in the kitchen area. This is a major drawback of our bungalow. Another drawback is that the room wasn't cleaned one day. We were greeted with a complimentary chilled coconut cocktail. It was very timely after our climb. Any issues were resolved promptly. The staff is professional. We would happily return to this hotel.

I booked this room for a solo diving trip for my birthday. When I walking into the suite I was immediately in love with the character of this room, and especially the view. The honeymoon suite is for sure perfect for couples, but any one, single or couples who are looking for a beautifuly peaceful room with a killer view. I also have to mention a huge shout out to the staff and team. I had a hard day on one island and was concerned leaving early. Instead the staff made me feeel even more welcomed and included, convincing me to stay and enjoy the rest of my trip — which. I am so happy I did. If I am being honest .. idk what I liked more, the suite, or the staff — probably the staff. Will sure book again if I am ever back in Ko Tao

Stayed in Gee Resort initially for 4 nights. Tried to extend our stay, but was fully booked, we didn't want to leave! Managed to rebook in following that for another 2 nights. The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were super clean and the aircon was amazing. Oh, and the restaurant... we ate here even when not staying at the hotel. The food was incredible. When I come back to Koh Tao for more diving, I will not be staying anywhere else!

SSoberfishieI stayed at Limelight Village for 2 weeks in February and loved it so much, I came back for 3 weeks in March! There are 8 detached units, which are very private, with very comfortable beds, soft sheets, a terrace and I little area out the back which is great for drying as it gets so hot! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and clean the rooms very well and always with a smile! Breakfast was good with a selection of cooked and cold options, served with juice and a hot drink. The accommodation is directly on a stunning beach and the pool as a fabulous optional extra! I highly recommend this place to stay and am already booking next year! Thank you Nott & Mai and the lovely girls xx

AAnonymous UserI stayed in the garden view room for 10 days. There is a pretty good sea view through the trees, but you do have to climb up some fairly rickety stairs to get up there which won’t suit everyone.
PD is only 10 minutes from the pier, but it’s a very hilly journey and it does feel a bit remote, although Chalok beach is a rugged 20 minute walk and has shops, banks, restaurants.
The room did feel a bit overpriced as did the restaurant, but the food is all very decent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and contributed to a very pleasant stay.
Overall we had a very nice time but if I went back to Koh Tao I might have to stay somewhere more accessible, but if you want peace and quiet and you’re a confident bike rider or don’t mind a walk for getting around I would definitely recommend PD.
