This peaceful private studio condo located equal walking distance to the beach and booze. The condo is located in a gated oceanfront community with three pools (one indoor and heated), tennis courts, grill, gym, beach side restroom. The gate card can be used to access these facilitites. Numerous shops and restarunts are close by. The entire area is walkable and bicycle freindly. This third floor updated studio includes a fullly equiped kitchen, vaulted ceiling, WIFI, smart TV, full bathroom, washer, dryer, and queen size mattress - linenes, body wash, and shampoo are included. Two large adorondack chairs are on the balacony to watch the sunrise or sun set! The studio feel open and airy. There is not an elevator on the property. Throughout the year, propery managment will schedule the exterminator. During your stay, if you do not wish for them enter the condo, you may decline. There are ocasional maintence that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. The bonus room on the lower level has a queen sleeper sofa, a twin bunk bed for kids with a 300 lb limit and its own guest bath, ceiling fan and smart tv. Additional Amenities:The laundry room is on the lower level and 2 car garage with kayak and beach gear. The screened in porch is off of the kitchen and dining area with outdoor table and chairs to dine outside, grill and seating to read and relax. The back yard is fully fenced in and can be accessed from the back porches, the driveway gate and from the garage access door. The Beach:The beach walk is super easy as once you get to the top of the driveway you go over to the right to the first street and straight down 2 blocks to the public beach access, The walk is about 5-6 min comfortably. The shops, grocery store and restaurants and more:The shops and restaurants are all within a 3-5 min drive down the street. Super convenient for anything you may need, both Publix and Food Lion are in the same plaza along with ABC liquor, the book store, the pizza shop and coffee shop. The flip flop donut shop is down the street as well as all the great eateries: Village Deli, Trading Post, Caribsea, Snapperz, The Growler, The fish hut and more! Along with Walgreens, Wings, and Ace Harware. Everything you could want is right around the corner.
