Hampton by Hilton is always my top choice for business trips. This location is super convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. It's close to the airport and several city attractions, which I really appreciate! P.S. The front desk lady was so kind and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. Five stars for her, thank you so much! My only minor complaint is the breakfast. I wish there were more Western options, then it would be absolutely perfect.

The front desk staff had a warm smile when checking me in, and not only proactively upgraded my room type but also thoughtfully marked out a food map of the surrounding area. What truly touched me were the details of the room service – seeing that I had my laptop for work, they specifically brought up two extra bottles of mineral water. Everyone was genuinely enthusiastic, polite, and incredibly quick to respond. This kind of service, where they truly put the guest first, is so rare and precious. Staying here felt just like coming home; it was so warm. I will absolutely be coming back again and again!

Very satisfied with my stay in Zhuzhou! I stayed here for three days and enjoyed complimentary ice cream, fruit tea, and coffee. They also offered a free late-night snack buffet. The front desk even provides free laundry service with disposable detergent and luggage storage. All in all, it's incredibly good value for money, perfect for family trips. Highly recommended! 👌👍👍👍

The hotel is surrounded by universities so the area is quiet but not far away from central. The room was decent but great for the price. If you take Didi, make sure the pickup point is at the hotel’s parking lot (the lady at the front desk can help you!) because if u follow the default pickup point, it will point to the bus station in the main road and you’d need to walk a bit outside (from my experience, Didi’s drivers would rarely wait). Overall recommended.

The room was great, with soft and comfortable bedding. It was very clean and quiet, so I slept really well at night. I'll definitely come back next time.

The first choice for a family of 4 travels, there are 2 rooms, the bed is large, you can rest well, the living room activity area is also very spacious, more comfortable than the hotel, the family can also live together, it is quite good. The location of the homestay is easy to find. The landlord’s check-in guidelines and video screens are very clear. The landlord is very enthusiastic and actively asks about our needs. The bedding and disposable items in the homestay are the same as the hotel, the first choice for family travel

All the facilities are brand new. The bathroom features an excellent wet-dry separation, and the smart toilet and shower system were particularly impressive. The bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are of high quality. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, even proactively letting me know the breakfast location. The rice noodles at the first-floor restaurant were also quite tasty. Overall, it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!
