The room was incredibly clean and smart – the AI assistant 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' could help me control the lights, curtains, air conditioning, and projector. The bathroom was also spotless! What impressed me most during my stay was the service from the front desk staff. I've traveled to so many cities, and honestly, this is the best service I've ever experienced! I won't go into all the details, you really have to experience it for yourself. The hotel's location is also super convenient, close to the airport, and best of all, there's a night market right downstairs. As a night owl, this was perfect for me; you can literally find food 24/7. Besides the night market, there's even a breakfast place that opens at 3 AM! If you're worried about noise, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs, so you'll sleep like a baby, haha. The facilities are all excellent as well. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Loved our room, it was spacious but cosy enough for three people! It fit out large suitcases comfortably, the shower pressure was powerful and there was as smart toilet. The hotel is nice and modern, the lobby is big with a Chinese tea station. The breakfast selection was ample, there was a few types of noodle you can choose from. We stayed in B Block which the Front Desk said was quieter - and it was. Laundry was in A Block but the walk from B to A is quick. All the parcels are stored on shelves in the lobby, free for you to grab/find yourself. It is a bit of walk from the closest metro station (it is uphill) so maybe difficult if you have luggage, but luckily catching a taxi or calling a Didi was extremely easy in Kunming so best to travel by car if you can. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

The service was excellent. Despite our late arrival, the lady at the front desk was incredibly patient and helped us check in. She also proactively informed us that there might be some noise from ongoing renovations on an upper floor for the next couple of days. Fortunately, we're heavy sleepers, so it didn't bother us at all.

My overall stay was much better than expected! The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was super quick. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and clean, and the toiletries were complete and odor-free. The soundproofing was excellent, so my rest at night was completely undisturbed. The facilities were well-maintained, with stable hot water supply, and the location was convenient for getting around. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

It's also super close to the subway station and Kunming Railway Station, making getting around incredibly convenient. 2. **Fantastic Room**: The projection screen in the AV room is incredible – watching movies while lounging in bed was a top-notch experience! The light wood decor combined with warm lighting creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Plus, the double-layer curtains block out light perfectly. 3. **Flawless Bathroom Details**: The bathroom, with its dry/wet separation, is spotless. The smart toilet and separate shower are incredibly comfortable to use, and even the towels were neatly folded. 4. **Attentive Service**: The staff were warm and welcoming without being intrusive; their thoughtfulness was evident in every detail, making for a truly relaxing stay. This hotel genuinely doubled the enjoyment of my trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kunming!

Excellent! The room was quite spacious with a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom. It was very clean, even my mom, who's a clean freak, was impressed. The views are great; on a clear day, you can see Dianchi Lake directly from the room. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even gave us complimentary breakfast. Housekeeping service was incredibly prompt, and the robot delivery for takeout was super fast, no long waits at all! It's also quite close to Kunming Station, just three subway stops away! Most importantly, the price was fantastic. I've already recommended it to my friends for their next trip to Kunming.

It's perfect for two people, and the mattress was really comfortable. There's even a washing machine, so with good sunlight, your clothes can dry in an afternoon. The owner was fantastic; our flight landed at 11 PM and we arrived at the apartment, and they even arranged an early check-in for us – truly wonderful! **Amenities:** Complete, with a hairdryer, washing machine, kettle, and air conditioning. **Hygiene:** Wet and dry separation. **Environment:** Sunny room. **Service:** Excellent!

The room was really spacious, and I loved that the toilet, shower, and sink were all separate – very convenient. There was even a Tmall Genie smart speaker to control the curtains and TV. Everything was clean and tidy. The location was great too, right above a night market. Because of the night market, there's some traffic control in the evenings, so if you call a taxi, you'll have to walk a short distance to meet it, but it's not too far. The hotel also has a laundry room with washers and dryers. The front desk staff, security, and cleaning crew were all super friendly and always eager to help with any issues. I later found out one of them was the owner – big thanks to her for all her help!

The price is good, the environment is nice, and the room is quite clean. The front desk lady was exceptionally kind. The hotel's location is very convenient, just a short walk from Shuangqiao Night Market. Soundproofing is good; you can't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. There's some traffic noise from the roadside, but it's within a normal range. Overall, it's excellent and offers great value for money.
