Parking and getting in and out are so easy; the flow is very smooth. Even with lots of luggage and a child, it wasn't chaotic at all. 🏨 The hotel's exterior looks grand and impressive at night, and the lobby is clean and spacious. The check-in staff were gentle and efficient. They even prioritized us because we had a child, which was a thoughtful touch that really made a difference. 🛏️ I especially want to commend the family room! The room was incredibly spacious, with a well-thought-out layout that didn't feel cramped. It was specifically designed for families, clean, tidy, and without any strange odors. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The child-friendly amenities were also excellent, with complete toiletries and new, sturdy facilities, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The service was excellent. Despite our late arrival, the lady at the front desk was incredibly patient and helped us check in. She also proactively informed us that there might be some noise from ongoing renovations on an upper floor for the next couple of days. Fortunately, we're heavy sleepers, so it didn't bother us at all.

The light wood decor combined with warm lighting creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Plus, the double-layer curtains block out light perfectly. 3. **Flawless Bathroom Details**: The bathroom, with its dry/wet separation, is spotless. The smart toilet and separate shower are incredibly comfortable to use, and even the towels were neatly folded. 4. **Attentive Service**: The staff were warm and welcoming without being intrusive; their thoughtfulness was evident in every detail, making for a truly relaxing stay. I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. One of its advantages is the proximity to the subway station, which is only about a five-minute walk away. However, the route is not very obvious, as it is located behind the hotel and requires guests to cut through a few blocks to get there. It would be very helpful if the hotel could provide clearer directions or put up signs to guide guests to the subway station more easily. The location is decent and convenient enough for getting around the city. The hotel itself is fairly standard but it provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. One aspect I really enjoyed was the breakfast. The breakfast spread offered a good variety of options, and it was a pleasant way to start the day.

Plus, there was plenty of hot water in the room. The host was incredibly helpful and provided clear directions, so I found the place easily.

Because of the night market, there's some traffic control in the evenings, so if you call a taxi, you'll have to walk a short distance to meet it, but it's not too far. The hotel also has a laundry room with washers and dryers. The front desk staff, security, and cleaning crew were all super friendly and always eager to help with any issues. I later found out one of them was the owner – big thanks to her for all her help!
