The hotel service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly responsible! I lost an item after checking out, and even after a long time, when I contacted the hotel, they had kept it safely and I was able to retrieve it. My sincere thanks to the hotel staff for their attentiveness and responsibility – a perfect experience!

I like the location being that it’s in a quiet closed community away from the main city, yet close enough (10-15 min car ride). There’s a cafe, tea experience and a boutique next to the hotel. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and relatively clean. Fruits are given daily and they are delicious! Breakfast served is healthy and cooked with love. What really stood out was the service. Dou Dou was amazing and so were the other staff. They were warm and friendly, and gave us many recommendations on things to do or places to visit. They were also ever so helpful with our questions and requests (booking a dinner reservation and tending to our courier deliveries). This made our stay a very pleasant one indeed. The only downside would be mosquitoes in the vicinity. Even though we were careful to keep all windows and balcony doors closed at all times, and sprayed ourselves with repellent before leaving the hotel, we were still getting bitten by mosquitoes. Might it be due to the stagnant water in the pool?

The pictures are from the internet, but the actual place looks pretty similar. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay. The room is very spacious and has everything you need. The service is also good, and the breakfast is simple but gets the job done.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway station, making it convenient for visiting attractions and shopping districts. Even when I returned home at night, the surrounding area was lively but not too noisy. The room was surprisingly clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making it hard to get up. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing for a truly restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a well-designed dry and wet area, with hot water running promptly. The toiletries were also of much higher quality than in other hotels. The front desk lady was incredibly attentive, ensuring quick check-in and check-out. She also proactively recommended nearby restaurants, which was incredibly helpful. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent, catering to every taste. Overall, the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area. I've already recommended it to friends and highly recommend it!

The room was great! I was a bit nervous when we first walked down the alley, especially with my picky husband and two daughters! But once we got inside, everyone was really happy! We were also very pleased with the room itself. We're a family of four, and we booked a twin room. We were able to push the beds together, and it felt very spacious! The beds were similar to those at Orange Hotel and also very clean! We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Kunming! The barbecue stand right outside the hotel also had delicious food! The location is super convenient too! It's easy to get to Kunming Old Street, Green Lake Park, the Yunnan Military Academy, and the former site of the National Southwestern Associated University! My husband and I each rented an electric bike, with one adult and one child on each – it was super convenient and we avoided all the traffic! After checking out, we left our car parked at the hotel and picked it up after we were done sightseeing! I'm not a shill, I take my kids traveling every year! All in all, we were very satisfied!

Traveling solo to Kunming for a business trip, I was truly impressed with my stay. It was hassle-free and comfortable from start to finish. I didn't need to leave the hotel at all, as everything – dining, accommodation, and transportation – was taken care of right here. It's perfect for business travelers like me. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and spoke softly. They proactively informed me about the hotel's facilities, including the Chinese restaurant on the 5th floor – excellent attention to detail. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, was impeccably clean with no odors, and came with a full set of toiletries, which was reassuring. The room also had convenient charging outlets, and both the lighting and air conditioning worked perfectly, allowing me to work and relax without interruption. My work efficiency even improved significantly during this trip. What was most convenient was not having to worry about meals. The hotel's Chinese restaurant on the 5th floor served authentic and reasonably priced food. It was just right for one person to enjoy some small dishes and soup – no need for takeout or searching for restaurants outside, saving both time and effort. The breakfast was also excellent, warm and with a wide variety of options. Starting the day full and well-fed really made a difference in my work state. Whether it was lunch, dinner, or breakfast, everything could be handled at the hotel. The food was delicious, clean, and hygienic, making it incredibly convenient for someone like me who just wants to focus on work without any fuss.

Hotel location is really dominant, close to the Xicheng Times business district, downstairs is the shopping center, all kinds of dining, milk tea, supermarkets are available, shopping is particularly convenient, daily purchases do not have to run far, travel taxi is also very good to call a car. The room was clean and refreshing, the bedding was comfortable, and the whole was quiet at night, so you could have a good rest. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is high, the staff is friendly and the demand is responsive. The public laundry room is convenient to use and is very friendly for business trips. The overall price-performance ratio is online. It is suitable for business travel or short-term residence. This is a very good choice in the high-tech zone. Next time you come to Kunming, you will give priority to it. I really recommend it.

I've never stayed in a hotel this cheap before; they usually start at around 100. I was so tired that night, so I found one nearby, thinking it would just be a makeshift place. It turned out to be quite nice. Although the facilities were a bit old, the sheets and quilt covers were clean and felt like new. Highly recommended!
