I randomly picked Lu Yin Fang Hua for my trip to Kunming this time, and I was genuinely surprised in the best way possible! 🏠 **Ambiance**: As soon as I walked in, the hallway immediately caught my eye. The exposed copper pipes, warm wood paneling, and artistic projections on the walls created a rich, vintage industrial vibe. It felt incredibly stylish and every corner was picture-perfect. 🛏️ **Room**: We stayed in a twin room, and the space was really generous. My favorite features were the solid wood headboard and the old suitcase repurposed as a bedside table – so much attention to detail! The flooring was made of antique-looking wooden planks that felt very solid underfoot. The lighting was designed to be very warm and inviting, not harsh white light, which created a lovely atmosphere in the evenings. 🚿 **Bathroom**: The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with marble countertops and wooden cabinetry. The toiletries smelled fantastic. The most thoughtful touch was the electric kettle and complimentary bottled water – so important for someone who loves hot drinks! 💁 **Service**: The service was very responsive, and overall, it was a fantastic check-in and stay experience. In summary, this is a guesthouse with warmth and great aesthetics. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Kunming!

Its location is fantastic, right in Kunming's Wuhua District, between the West Second Ring Road and Yunnan-Myanmar Boulevard, and close to the Huangtupo Interchange. Whether strolling through Yun'an Sunshine City Shopping Street or heading to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University for work, it's incredibly convenient. From the hotel, you can experience the leisurely atmosphere of Cuihu Park and the bustling city of Jinma Biji Archway and Nanping Pedestrian Street. Its proximity to the West Second Ring Road makes it easy to reach attractions like Dianchi Lake and the Yunnan Ethnic Village, as well as transportation hubs like Kunming Nanyao Railway Station. Buses and subways are also plentiful nearby, making travel stress-free! The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Kunming!

The house is in Wuyue Community, a duplex room with spacious space and underground parking. Just tell the front desk the parking number when you go out.
