The room was very clean and safe for children. There's a residential area behind the hotel, and it's a good distance from the road, so it's very quiet and not noisy at all. The only downside is that there are not many restaurants near the hotel, and you have to walk a long way. However, it's very close to the Dianchi Haigeng Dam and Haigeng Park.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. I was quite hesitant before choosing it, especially after reading about the negative elevator incident, which made me really worry about safety. So, every time I took the elevator during my stay, I was on edge. The main reason I decided to stay was for the hot springs and swimming pool, as it's been raining a lot in Kunming recently, and I figured we'd just enjoy the hotel. Honestly, I wasn't particularly impressed with the service, and the facilities are quite old, very old. If it weren't for the constant rain and traveling with a child, I probably wouldn't have chosen this hotel. Especially after visiting Fuxian Lake, the comparison really highlighted its shortcomings.

Lavande Hotel is a chain hotel, and its industry standards are reassuring! We booked two nights last minute due to a change in plans, and the room was for two seniors. They were very happy with the layout. The water pressure in the hotel is rarely this strong, and they were very satisfied with using it. The hotel is close to Guandu Ancient Town, museums, and large shopping malls, with a huge Wujiaba Central Park nearby. It's about a 30-minute drive from the airport, which is indeed very convenient!

About 30km from the airport, if you book a taxi from the airport, you can book the location of Kunming Zhongying Lighthouse Cinema next to the hotel building, that location is easier to find on car booking apps. If you need a hotel in a convenient location, it is better to be in the central area of Kunming, which is Wuhoa. About rooms and services: The hotel is clean, the room is not too spacious but fully equipped, the staff is very friendly and enthusiastic.

The room is trendy and clean, the color scheme is comfortable, and it is very user-friendly and comfortable to use. The bed is also very good to sleep on! The breakfast is delicious and has many varieties. The service attitude of the staff at the front desk and various positions is very friendly! The laundry room is a real lifesaver when you are on a business trip for several days. The gym is small but adequate. I will still choose Atour next time I go on a business trip.

Nice hotel with a convenient location. If you want to walk along the lake, it's very close—just 9 yuan by taxi. It's also within walking distance of Line 5 subway station, from where you can go directly to the old street. I had a room with a nice, spacious bathtub, but I especially liked the mattress—my sore back was very happy with it! Cleaning is provided daily, great service for a not big price. Highly recommended to everyone!
