I stayed at this hotel for 11 days while receiving treatment at a nearby hospital, and I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to the front desk, restaurant staff, and housekeepers for their exceptional care. The front desk kindly allowed me to check in early, the restaurant had delicious food and offered discounts, and the housekeepers were thoughtful and meticulous. Even the valet parkers went above and beyond, finding me convenient parking spots close to the entrance every day, and they even had EV charging stations. Thank you!

The hotel environment is fantastic, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff are friendly, thoughtful, and pay great attention to detail. It offers excellent value for money, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. Overall, a perfect experience.

When we entered the room, the kids all gasped, exclaiming they were in a castle and were so happy. At 9:30 PM, there was a young lady performing ethnic dances, which the kids absolutely loved! They showed up every night. The staff were warm and attentive, making for a great experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and could even be slightly adjusted to personal preferences, which was a very thoughtful touch. Although the hotel is located within the scenic area, the butler contacted us in advance to arrange a car for pick-up and drop-off at the designated point, which was very considerate ❤️

Nanhe Family B&B: I'm giving this a solid thumbs-up! The location is absolutely fantastic; super convenient for getting around. Whether you're heading downtown for shopping or off to a tourist spot, it's quick by taxi or subway. What really surprised me was the abundance of amazing food nearby. Any Jianzhui Caoya Rice Noodle shop in the vicinity tastes authentic, so you never have to worry about what to eat – saved me a ton of planning! The B&B itself is very clean and tidy; you feel it the moment you walk in, and the bedding is super comfortable. The decor is stylish and cozy, and the facilities are all there. The host's service was excellent, making check-in and check-out very smooth. They responded to my questions promptly, which was really thoughtful. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely consider staying here every time I come to Kunming.

A hotel that exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the service was excellent; from the concierge and front desk to the housekeepers, everyone was smiling, proactively greeting guests, and asking about their needs. The common areas were clean and stylish, and the swimming pool had a lovely Southeast Asian resort vibe. Breakfast was also quite rich, and the rice noodles were delicious. The in-room toiletries and other amenities were high-quality, and the bed, in particular, was incredibly comfortable.

Highlights: There is a lot of water, 6 bottles of water per day, plus Sprite Coke soda in the refrigerator, a total of 9 bottles of water, and there is water in the public space of the elevator hall. It is really the first time in decades to travel to encounter such a generous service. You must like 👍 Overall: the price is very high, the room is clean and well equipped, and the smart curtains are semi-smart toilet, which is convenient. The location is also convenient. There is a subway 400 meters away. Three subway stations to the old street Nanping Street in the city center. In short, I recommend everyone to choose. Insufficient: the toilet paper is not timely and insufficient, and you have to take the initiative to ask for it. The floor mat at the door of the shower room cannot be replaced every day. The tea is not given on the last day. It is a small problem. It is perfect.

The hotel occupies only a portion of an office building; the rest is occupied by other businesses or units, making it quite chaotic. The surrounding environment is also disorganized, making it difficult to find by car. The underground parking garage is mostly occupied by private cars and various other units; the hotel's parking is on the second basement level, which takes a considerable amount of time to find. The hotel rooms have a reasonable layout, simple and cozy decor, clean and comfortable bedding, and separate shower and toilet areas. Breakfast is average. Overall, the stay is acceptable, and one can't expect too much from the environment. Basically satisfied.

Absolutely amazing; 5 stars all the way! 👍 Staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Having access to free, self-serve, laundry services was a huge unexpected bonus. The hotel is within easy walking distance to many restaurant options, KTV, as well as fruit stands and a Walmart. Public transportation was also within easy reach; Kunming Changshui airport is a very smooth 40-50mins away, outside of peak traffic. Room was quiet, very comfortable, and kept to an excellent standard. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast option (there were so many other alternatives nearby), but I did take a peek at the many buffet options; I would definitely add the breakfast option if I were pushed for time in the mornings. I simply could not have asked for a better home away from home! I was so impressed with my stay, I booked the same hotel chain for my next stop in China.
