Traveling with my whole family, the hotel was quite easy to find, and it's close to all the dining and entertainment options nearby. The hotel has a public laundry area, a gym, and a recreation room. The room decor is quite modern, but the downside is that water leaks out of the bathroom, keeping the floor constantly wet. Overall, I'm still quite satisfied.

The housekeeper was very considerate and took the initiative to help me move my luggage. The room was clean and cozy, the blanket was especially warm, and the slippers were especially comfortable when stepping on ****. It's a super treasure shop. I wish the boss a happy new year! Good fortune in the Year of the Dragon!

Absolutely amazing; 5 stars all the way! 👍 Staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Having access to free, self-serve, laundry services was a huge unexpected bonus. The hotel is within easy walking distance to many restaurant options, KTV, as well as fruit stands and a Walmart. Public transportation was also within easy reach; Kunming Changshui airport is a very smooth 40-50mins away, outside of peak traffic. Room was quiet, very comfortable, and kept to an excellent standard. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast option (there were so many other alternatives nearby), but I did take a peek at the many buffet options; I would definitely add the breakfast option if I were pushed for time in the mornings. I simply could not have asked for a better home away from home! I was so impressed with my stay, I booked the same hotel chain for my next stop in China.

I stayed at this hotel for 11 days while receiving treatment at a nearby hospital, and I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to the front desk, restaurant staff, and housekeepers for their exceptional care. The front desk kindly allowed me to check in early, the restaurant had delicious food and offered discounts, and the housekeepers were thoughtful and meticulous. Even the valet parkers went above and beyond, finding me convenient parking spots close to the entrance every day, and they even had EV charging stations. Thank you!

Highlights: There is a lot of water, 6 bottles of water per day, plus Sprite Coke soda in the refrigerator, a total of 9 bottles of water, and there is water in the public space of the elevator hall. It is really the first time in decades to travel to encounter such a generous service. You must like 👍 Overall: the price is very high, the room is clean and well equipped, and the smart curtains are semi-smart toilet, which is convenient. The location is also convenient. There is a subway 400 meters away. Three subway stations to the old street Nanping Street in the city center. In short, I recommend everyone to choose. Insufficient: the toilet paper is not timely and insufficient, and you have to take the initiative to ask for it. The floor mat at the door of the shower room cannot be replaced every day. The tea is not given on the last day. It is a small problem. It is perfect.

The hotel is located in the Sunac Park in Houhai, Dianchi Lake, and it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun around. The room is very warmly decorated, the supplies are exquisite, and the comb is a wooden comb, which is a surprise! The customer service lady is very enthusiastic, contacted in advance, sent the navigation address, the guidance is very detailed, and answered patiently.

The front desk service was excellent, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's public areas are beautifully decorated with a rich cultural feel; the pictures in the circular frames seem to be of Lijiang, which is lovely. The room facilities are comprehensive, clean, and hygienic, with no strange odors. It has floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast, though small, offers a complete selection. Very good!

The hotel occupies only a portion of an office building; the rest is occupied by other businesses or units, making it quite chaotic. The surrounding environment is also disorganized, making it difficult to find by car. The underground parking garage is mostly occupied by private cars and various other units; the hotel's parking is on the second basement level, which takes a considerable amount of time to find. The hotel rooms have a reasonable layout, simple and cozy decor, clean and comfortable bedding, and separate shower and toilet areas. Breakfast is average. Overall, the stay is acceptable, and one can't expect too much from the environment. Basically satisfied.
