Having traveled to over 20 countries, this is my first time reviewing an accommodation. When you're on the road, you often miss home. But not here! We booked the Loft, with a living room on the first floor and a bedroom on the second, it felt just like home. We enjoyed tea daily, and the hotel even provided complimentary afternoon tea. The 24-hour butler service was excellent, always available and responsive. They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide for us. The daily breakfast was a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options! We will definitely be back.

Had a lovely stay in Weiximan hotel Kunming. The staff is friendly and attentive. The cleaner ladies are so lovely and cleaned even though we were working in the hotel room. The hotel itself is stunning! The desing is amazing, loved the bed and the wood panels. The location is good and authentic Kunming. There is a lot of great shops and restuarants nearby. Definitely will be staying again to Weiximan if coming back to Kunming. They also gave us a late check out and there is free gym and washing machine!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's ambiance is elegant, and everything was spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the well-equipped bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. The staff were attentive and polite, making our experience even better. Plus, having a convenient shopping area downstairs was a huge bonus, especially since we were catching a train – it made everything so easy and comfortable.

During the summer vacation, I brought my family to Kunming and chose the Fairfield by Marriott Kunming West Mountain. The overall experience was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with no strange odors, and the bed was very comfortable, so my child slept well. The breakfast selection was quite rich, with options for both adults and children. The staff were very enthusiastic, especially Eddie, who was not only handsome but also provided thoughtful service. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. The hotel's location is also convenient; parking was hassle-free for self-drivers, and it's close to Dianchi Lake and other nearby attractions. We were very satisfied with this family trip and will consider staying here again next time we visit Kunming.

Recommended! Facilities: There are public free washing machines and dryers, large capacity is also very new, there are irons and drying racks, 100 points! The room is large and the bathroom is relatively small, but it is acceptable. Hygiene: super clean! The entire hotel, including the front store, corridors, rooms, bedding, and public spaces are bright and clean, really awesome! Environment: At the time of check-in, there was a construction site next to it, and there was no big impact after closing the window. The location is acceptable, and it takes about 20 minutes to take a taxi to Haitang Park and Cuihu Park. Service: Super friendly, proactive and polite! When we left, we mentioned the problem of low hot water pressure and toilet flush sensor. Not only did we not escape the problem, we also actively acknowledged the problem and told us that we would arrange for the master to repair it. Before leaving, we also sent us a portable  small water cup, really hard.

This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for, making for a very comfortable stay. What truly impressed me was the service; the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, making me feel right at home. The location is super convenient with plenty of facilities nearby, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The family room we booked was spacious, providing ample room for our family of three without feeling cramped. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was fresh and soft. The mattress was just right for comfort, which was a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply was excellent. All the necessary toiletries were provided, and they even thoughtfully included children's slippers and a small toiletries set – those little details really made us feel cared for. The hotel's soundproofing was effective; it was quiet and peaceful at night, allowing the kids to get a good night's rest and recharge. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick. They were also very patient and helpful when we asked for directions and sightseeing tips. The common areas were clean and well-maintained. Overall, the value for money here is outstanding. With comfortable surroundings and attentive service, staying here made our trip easy and pleasant. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to the area, and I highly recommend it to all travelers!

Having stayed at many Hilton Garden Inn hotels before, I feel that this one in Xishan District, Kunming is the best. The hotel is located near the train station, and whether it's the appearance, cleanliness, room facilities, or staff service, there's virtually nothing to complain about. The rooms are equipped with a 'living bar', making the stay experience truly exceed expectations. The view outside the window is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is great, with a satisfying variety and quality. The price is also quite reasonable. This is one of the best value-for-money hotels we've stayed at in recent years for our travels. Highly recommended!

This is my second time in Kunming, and I chose Echarm Hotel again. The experience was even better than last time! The hotel's location is super easy to find, and it's only about a ten to fifteen-minute drive to attractions like Yunnan Nationalities Village, Dianchi Lake, Haiyan Village, and the museum, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's also very quiet; at night, with the windows closed and the AC on, you barely hear any outside noise, so I slept wonderfully. The room was spotlessly clean, the carpet had no strange odors, and the bedding and towels were soft and comfortable. The large floor-to-ceiling window offered a lovely green view, which was very therapeutic. The facilities were complete and worked well; the toiletries had a pleasant scent, and even the disposable dental kit was of good quality. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very warm and friendly. They even proactively recommended the hotel's complimentary afternoon tea. The coffee is freshly ground, and with the ice machine, I could DIY an iced Americano that was super refreshing. There were also four or five kinds of exquisite small pastries, which tasted great. I genuinely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Kunming, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Plus, the front desk lady was beautiful and kind-hearted, really great, super gentle, and had fantastic service!
