Hotels in O-Park, Kunming

Having traveled to over 20 countries, this is my first time reviewing an accommodation. When you're on the road, you often miss home. But not here! We booked the Loft, with a living room on the first floor and a bedroom on the second, it felt just like home. We enjoyed tea daily, and the hotel even provided complimentary afternoon tea. The 24-hour butler service was excellent, always available and responsive. They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide for us. The daily breakfast was a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options! We will definitely be back.

Had a lovely stay in Weiximan hotel Kunming. The staff is friendly and attentive. The cleaner ladies are so lovely and cleaned even though we were working in the hotel room. The hotel itself is stunning! The desing is amazing, loved the bed and the wood panels. The location is good and authentic Kunming. There is a lot of great shops and restuarants nearby. Definitely will be staying again to Weiximan if coming back to Kunming. They also gave us a late check out and there is free gym and washing machine!

Convenient location with many restaurants downstairs. I suggested that the underground parking garage needed clearer signage. When checking in, I went directly to the hotel lobby on the 26th floor. The hotel manager called me immediately to inform me that they humbly accepted my suggestion and would promptly create new signs for the elevators. This is excellent crisis management, truly commendable! This is what I call service. It's a stark contrast to the service consciousness at a hotel I stayed at in Lijiang. Plus, the hotel breakfast is fantastic! I'll definitely choose the Hampton by Hilton Train Station branch again next time!

A perfect experience! The facilities are complete and new, with plenty of hot water and stable pressure. The service details were top-notch. Eva was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help and quick to resolve any issues. She even thoughtfully arranged toiletries for the kids. The room had good natural light and no strange smells. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay.

Recommended! Facilities: There are public free washing machines and dryers, large capacity is also very new, there are irons and drying racks, 100 points! The room is large and the bathroom is relatively small, but it is acceptable. Hygiene: super clean! The entire hotel, including the front store, corridors, rooms, bedding, and public spaces are bright and clean, really awesome! Environment: At the time of check-in, there was a construction site next to it, and there was no big impact after closing the window. The location is acceptable, and it takes about 20 minutes to take a taxi to Haitang Park and Cuihu Park. Service: Super friendly, proactive and polite! When we left, we mentioned the problem of low hot water pressure and toilet flush sensor. Not only did we not escape the problem, we also actively acknowledged the problem and told us that we would arrange for the master to repair it. Before leaving, we also sent us a portable  small water cup, really hard.

I've repeatedly chosen City Comfort Inn, and each stay consistently exceeds expectations. The rooms are well-lit with excellent ventilation, and the cleanliness is impeccable – every surface, including tabletops and bathroom corners, is spotless. The smart lighting allows for one-touch control, and the blackout curtains ensure you can sleep until you naturally wake up. The breakfast is delicious and authentic, and the staff are always responsive. It's perfect for both short business trips and longer vacations, making it my top choice for a high-value chain hotel!

Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive, but the shower pressure is really low and the temperature is hard to control – it's either too cold or too hot. Other aspects are fine; there are plenty of places to hang clothes. No complimentary fruit or drinks, which the nearby Hilton Garden Inn does provide. Hygiene: It's good, but there are no bin liners in the rubbish bins, which is very strange. I even specifically asked the front desk, and they said that's how it is. It feels a bit unsanitary; having a bin liner would be much more hygienic. Environment: The surrounding area is still under construction, but since the hotel is on a higher floor, it's not affected. The hotel's decor is quite stylish and appealing. Service: Overall, the service is prompt. However, I must complain about the breakfast. There was a severe shortage of seating, forcing guests to stand. For a hotel of this quality, such an embarrassing situation shouldn't occur. The dining experience was very unpleasant, even though the breakfast selection was varied and tasty.

Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Kunming West Hill was a wonderfully refreshing experience that soothed my travel weariness. The Living Bar is incredibly convenient, and the hotel's surroundings are quiet and peaceful. Opening the window reveals a delightful view, with the changing light at dawn and dusk being particularly therapeutic, perfect for capturing beautiful photos. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding soft and conducive to sleep. The common areas were simply designed and relaxing, free from commercial bustle. The front desk service was attentive and efficient, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. It's an ideal choice for a relaxed, slow-paced stay in Kunming, and definitely a city accommodation I'd consider returning to.

This is my second time in Kunming, and I chose Echarm Hotel again. The experience was even better than last time! The hotel's location is super easy to find, and it's only about a ten to fifteen-minute drive to attractions like Yunnan Nationalities Village, Dianchi Lake, Haiyan Village, and the museum, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's also very quiet; at night, with the windows closed and the AC on, you barely hear any outside noise, so I slept wonderfully. The room was spotlessly clean, the carpet had no strange odors, and the bedding and towels were soft and comfortable. The large floor-to-ceiling window offered a lovely green view, which was very therapeutic. The facilities were complete and worked well; the toiletries had a pleasant scent, and even the disposable dental kit was of good quality. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very warm and friendly. They even proactively recommended the hotel's complimentary afternoon tea. The coffee is freshly ground, and with the ice machine, I could DIY an iced Americano that was super refreshing. There were also four or five kinds of exquisite small pastries, which tasted great. I genuinely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Kunming, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Plus, the front desk lady was beautiful and kind-hearted, really great, super gentle, and had fantastic service!

The room is okay. It is a tatami mat. There is a small room inside the room. It is very convenient to listen to music. The only thing I don't like is the toilet. There is no door. There is a shower curtain on one side. It is very inconvenient for the father of the child to go to the toilet to take a shower. I hope you can improve this problem.
