The hotel's public areas are designed very modernly, perfect for taking photos. The disposable toiletries in the room are of excellent quality, and the bathroom ventilation system works well, so there's no damp smell. The front desk even proactively offered local dining recommendations, which really added to the overall service experience.

I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn to pet parents traveling with their furry friends. I stayed at two Hilton Garden Inn locations during this trip: Kunming Panlong and Dali Erhai. 1. The hotel's location is convenient for walking and potty breaks for dogs. Kunming Panlong has a small green space nearby, and Dali Erhai is right across the street from Erhaiyue Wetland Park, where there are plenty of other dogs to play with. Both hotels are in central locations, making them a moderate distance from various city attractions. 2. The rooms are designed like short-term apartments, offering enough space for medium to large dogs to move around and play simple games. There's also a good variety of room types, making it easy for families to arrange their stay. 3. The staff is incredibly pet-friendly. They prepared toy and treat gifts for our dog, and our dog absolutely loved the big radish and small radish toys! 4. For dogs who eat fresh food, both hotels are located near places where you can buy fresh vegetables and meat. You can also borrow a rice cooker from the hotel to cook the food for your dog. The large refrigerator in the room also allows for storing plenty of ingredients and any medications that need refrigeration. 5. The one-time cleaning fee of 200 RMB is reasonable, and there's also convenient parking available, which is a big plus for those who drive themselves. 👍

I had a particularly satisfying stay this time. The hotel's location is excellent, with a huge variety of restaurants right outside on the street, making dining incredibly convenient. If you're driving, there's free parking, which is a big relief. The hotel facilities are comprehensive; you can relax in the hot springs to unwind, or use the gym for a light workout. Everything is clean and tidy. The service is attentive, the environment is comfortable, and all my needs for dining, entertainment, and relaxation were met. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely come back on my next trip.

Booked this hotel for my trip and it was a great experience! The front desk staff were very helpful. I was a few minutes late checking out, but they kindly offered a free late check-out. The room facilities were also excellent. Plus, there's a self-service laundry room and dryer on the fourth floor, which is super convenient for business travelers and tourists alike. Highly recommend!

The staff were friendly, and the facilities had been renovated and were clean. The rooms aren’t soundproof, and occasionally you can smell cigarette smoke coming from somewhere. I requested a non-smoking room, but there was an ashtray in the room. Meals are prepared so you can have a light bite.

We booked a twin room for our family trip with kids. The two beds could be pushed together, and they also provided bed rails, which was a great service. The air conditioning was a bit too strong. It got cold with the AC on, but a little warm with it off, so I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it off every day. It would be great if it had smart control. The trash cans in the room and bathroom were a bit small. With more trash, things would easily fall out, making it harder for housekeeping to clean. There was a slight, subtle hum from the refrigerator, but it was only noticeable late at night when it was quiet. This might be a minor issue for light sleepers, but it's not a big deal. There are two elevators. One is a dedicated elevator, but the card reader wasn't very sensitive and a bit tricky to use. The other stops on all floors, which meant more people, but overall, it was still very convenient and fast.

Service attitude is very good, every time I go back to the hotel staff will say hello. Breakfast was also delivered, and there were many varieties of breakfast. The location is very good, there are many delicious foods nearby, there is a Jiahua downstairs, it is convenient to buy flower cakes, and it is more convenient to take a taxi to the scenic spot. There is also a tie-dyeing experience on the first floor, but there is no experience in a hurry (forgot to take a photo of the hotel, use other pictures to make up)

I've booked this hotel six times already! The owner is incredibly nice, the rooms are spotless, and it's close to Tongde Plaza, making it very convenient for getting around. The balcony has amazing natural light, perfect for sunbathing – the bright sunshine during the day instantly lifts my spirits. The room is impeccably clean; the floors and walls are spotless and pleasing to the eye. The bedding provides just the right amount of support, preventing any back pain. The bathroom is also very clean with a separate shower and toilet area; the sink and toilet are neatly arranged, showing attention to detail. The entire room is bright and clean – a truly excellent choice!

This was the most frustrating hotel stay I had during the May Day holiday. I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, and when we got back to the hotel at 10 PM, ready for the kids and adults to bathe and sleep, the water coming out was yellow… Initially, they suggested letting it run for a bit, but after half an hour, it hadn't improved. We checked the sink water, and it was the same quality. Interestingly, I had washed my face and showered in the room earlier that afternoon. I then communicated with the hotel to quickly find another room where we could bathe. The housekeeping staff helped us move rooms just before midnight. Luckily, the water quality in my parents' room was fine, so we could wash the kids there. I must add, though, that the hotel staff were all very patient and proactive in handling the issue. Even though the stay was a bit chaotic, the staff were genuinely dedicated to resolving the problems, and they did so very efficiently. I hope the hotel conducts thorough checks before assigning rooms in the future. Additionally, the hotel breakfast was mediocre. Most of the food was lukewarm to cool, which didn't really suit my taste.
